Casey Handy does an awesome job maintaining my pool! He's punctual, professional, super nice, and has all the answers to your pool questions and needs. He has been maintaining my pool for several months now. I had let the pool go for several months and he started out with draining the pool and acid washing the surface. Really cleaned it up nice. I also had him convert my pool from chlorine to salt. Very professional job and I couldn't be happier with the results. The monthly service charge is a little high at $170. I wish it was a little lower but you can't beat the quality of Casey's work!

I am very pleased with the work. They initially told me that they would try to fit me in later in the week, and since they had a cancellation they got to me the same day. Also they got to my house diagnosed the problem very quickly and at all times did not try to push me to use them for the work, asking me if I wanted to do it myself. I appreciated them giving me the quote and the option to delay some work as not immediately necessary, and also the willing ness to get the work done that same day.

Highly recommend a pool light upgrade with Paragon Pools. The light burned out on my 10 year-old lap pool and I spent the extra money to upgrade to an LED light. Well worth the money because it is a much cleaner light and it will last years longer. A great family owned business to deal with and very responsive to all requests. Will use in the future.

Paragon pools completely replaced our pool liner and painted the deck. The job exceeded all expectations and the followup and communication was fantastic. Highly recommended.

He was able to stop by the next day and responded quickly each time I contacted him. Unfortunately he was unable to repair my lights but gave me comprehensive information on why, and recommendations on how to accomplish the repair in the future. He also agreed to put everything in writing for my records etc. even though I don't require any of his services. Excellent service. Recommend highly.

I chose another provider, Paradise Pools, as the owner personally came out, had brochures, followed up personally with a visit and sat down with me with even more brochures and the estimate and discussed all the features and benefits of the products and services on the estimate. I ended up going with Paradise Pools, at a slightly higher price, because of the excellent service and attention to detail.

After calling provider about pool equipment issue, I remembered to check warranty info since pool is shy of 3 years old. It ended up being under warranty so I went back to pool company who installed pool. BUT, I would use Paragon in the future. This was the ONLY company that saidthey could get out same day. Also, he was very professional and understanding when I had to cancel appt when I learned equipment was under warranty.

I had sent an email to this provider (as it was easier for my schedule) requesting an estimate on pool services. Did not receive an email back for 4 days stating they had problems with their email and they did not receive it in a timely manner. By that time I had already found another provider.

Casey answered the first time I called him. We were trying to get the work done in a timeframe we knew might be difficult. He came out and gave us an estimate which we liked. He kept in touch and completed the job along with the add on of the new cartridge much sooner than we even originally asked. We have now contracted for monthly service.

Casey showed up right on time and we had the estimate promptly. Once we decided to use them after obtaining 2 other estimates the job was scheduled quickly. Their estimate was right in the middle and we felt comfortable using them for the job. Manny was the tile guy and he did a fantastic job, his attention to detail was like no other contractor we have ever used. He strived for and obtained perfection installing the tile. Once the tile was completed the marcite was completed quickly and we were filled with water within 2 weeks from the start of the job. I would recommend using them and would not hesitate to use them again.

First off I will say Casey is friendly , But he upcharges , he charged me $360 for 2 return trips and chemicals to get phosphates under control that he should have been maintaining over the last few months. He regularly up charged me small amounts and my pool never really was as clean as I was used too. I have had a pool for 8 years and he seem to use chemicals sparingly because before he would be back the pool was turning green every week. We parted ways , before and after I have had pool people who don't up charge and keep my pool clean without extra trips and chemicals fees. Nothing wrong with charging what the market will bear I just want all to be aware that that is not always the norm. I prefer to not be charged extra for work I already was paying for. If you are being paid to clean a pool why do I have to pay you extra to clean the same pool. Just saying you know?I can promise you Casey and Paragon pools has done work at my home I have receipts if needed. I have no reason to lie and time will tell with more reviews unless he has changed his practices , Saying he didn't do work at my home or for me is an incorrect on their part. You cannot block out the bad or fair reviews and keep the good reviews .

Arrived on time, did a fantastic job, and went above what we expected. Great service, I highly recommend them

My pool was gross; the recent pollen fall had wrecked the surface and tons of it had settled on the bottom, turning my pool an unpleasant shade of green. I contacted Casey after finding Paragon Pools on Angie's List and he promptly set up an appointment to come check out my pool; I called him on a Friday and he took the time on Saturday to come to Lakewood and he wrote me out a quote on site. I was really surprised how quickly he was able to clean my pool too; I was told it could take a couple weeks and after a few short days, the pool was back to normal. He was there everyday while the cleaning was going on, checking chemicals and making sure everything was going as planned. Overall, I'll definitely be keeping Paragon Pools in mind when my pool needs some more upkeep. They're friendly, fast, and professional, and sometimes you just need a pool boy!

After I renovated my swimming pool, I contacted Paragon Pools for a quote on weekly maintenance. Casey came right out and I hired him on the spot. For $125.00 per month, he cleans my pool, checks its vital signs and maintains the chemical balance once a week to keep my pool clean, clear and ready for action. The monthly cost covers the normal chemicals required. A few times my phosphate levels have spiked (due to heavy rains) which required additional chemicals and there was an extra charge of $10 - $15 on my statement. After spending several thousand dollars to renovate my pool, it's worth every penny to take care of it. When I renovated my pool, I kept the existing pump. Said pump gave out shortly after being put back into service. Casey replaced it with a variable speed Pentair pump. The cost for this was about $1000, but the variable speed pumps are extremely efficient and I will recoup the premium I paid over a regular single speed pump in its first year of service. In summary, I'm happy with Casey's service. He's professional, reliable and friendly. After he's done with the weekly service, I get an email within minutes to confirm what was done and if there were any issues. I've recommended him to friends and neighbors, and would recommend him to you if you're looking for pool service or repair.
