Description of Work: Kitchen Remodel...gave them a depost on 9/29/14 with the install scheduled for 10/24. The job has still not been completed as of 12/10/14. The cost and quality of cabinets was good. The install technicians were very good and knowledgeable. The Customer Service, the timeliness of service and follow-up for correction of problems were the worst I have ever experienced with a remodelling project. Despite the quality of product and reasonable cost of service I would never use this company again. I am expecting at this point that the services will not be provided to complete the project.

Description of Work: Rep showed for first appointment and took measurements for kitchen cabinet replacement. Said he would email the plans/price to me within a couple of days. Emailed me in a couple of days saying they changed his design program and he would need to redo the plans. Didn't hear from him. Called his cell phone and left a message to call me. Waited a few days. Called the office directly and left a message to call me. Never heard from him or anyone else at the company.
