Fantastic, professional, thorough folks! I sent in an email quote request, which they immediately called me to have an inspector/estimator come out. He came out and their office immediately called me back with the estimate, which was way below other quotes. The duct cleaning technicians, Andre & Mohammad were right on time. I thought that this service would just entail a vacuum and a brush... but I was really wrong! Very thorough, removing ALL vent covers that were washed, sanitized and dried. Each of the individual ducts were scrubbed, cleaned and sanitized. My HVAC closet received the same intense attention as well. Any of the dirt/dust that fell to the floor was vacuumed and removed. I am very happy with their Duct cleaning service. Would highly recommend!

We called Northport for a check up and maintainence on the ac system in our new home we had just purchased. During the check up, they found that a part needed replacing, I believe it was the capicator. We proceeded to go ahead and have it done. After they left, the ac stopped cooling, but was still blowing out air. After a few hours, we called them back and they came back out promptly, even though it was after hours. He found that the compressor was over heating. After much arguing with the tech, he became very defensive and was extremely unprofessionl, he cooled it off and the ac started running again. The next day, the same thing happened, the compressor overheated, so we called Northport back again. For whatever reason, they were not able to come back out that day, but said, it sounded like the compressor was going bad. We ended up calling a different ac company for a second opinion. The new company came out and found that the part that Northport had installed was installed incorrectly. At this point, I'm unsure if it was the installed part that caused the compressor to fail, or if it was just due to the age. I was going to refrain from writing a bad review about Northport as they reduced our bill due to the error of install on their part. I sent them a new check for the reduced bill and requested that they send me the old check back. I never recieved the first check back and three months later, here in the middle of September they finally deposited one of the checks and it was the one for the full amount. We are very unhappy with this company and that we are still having to deal with them, now to get part of money back.

They arrived as scheduled, work diligently and got the job done in a timely manner. Teclh was knowledgeable and professional.

They arrived on time. We talked about cost and they called back and lowered the price, so we made an appointment. We felt it was a reasonable price in the end. We were satisfied with their service and he seemed to know what he was doing.

Overall, it was a good experience.

We were looking to replace our 16 year old Air Conditioning System and called 2 or 3 different AC Companies around town but NorthPort Heating and Air Conditioning were by far the most professional one. Their prices are very competitive and service is exceptional. They also came out the same day and Installed the AC the next.
