I took the day off from work and that morning they called me to tell me, they were "just calling to let me know they would be there in the afternoon". They arrived at 3:30 and they knew I had a severe water leak and wasn't able to finish because they had another appointment. After 3 weeks they were finally able to finish the job and my water bill was for 24,000 gallons, which I am trying to get the water company to adjust. I am thankful the leak was in the sprinkler system under ground and not in the house.

I CALLED ONE GUY BEFORE NOLAN AND HE WAS MAKING ME FEEL SOME TYPE OF WAY OF NOT INTERESTED BECAUSE I WAS OUT OF THE WAY THEN HE SAID OH I HAVE A CALL COMING IN AND I WILL CALL YOU RIGHT BACK. DIDN'T HEAR FROM HIM SO I CALLED NOLAN AND THEY WERE THE ONLY ONE THAT ANSWERED. NOLAN CAME AND DID THE JOB AND I AM VERY PLEASE THAT THE OUT FLOW IS FINALLY FIX. THANKS SO MUCH NOLAN. OH AND THAT GUY FINALLY CALLED ME BACK 3 HRS LATER BUT I GOT NOLAN.. TOO BAD..
