Awesome people! We had the privilege of working with Brett and Shaun. These guys are so kind and knowledgeable and they take the time to explain everything they are doing. Their workmanship is top notch! I highly recommend this company.

Excellent work! Always concerned with the customer's concerns. Follow through and on time. Very thankful that I found this company. From the salesman through the owner received excellent and professional duties and responses. I also had siding install Hardie Board and received excellent workmanship. Absolutely no complaints Do not make a mistake and go with another company Again I recommended this construction company with a FIVE 5 STAR rating. This company is reasonable with their estimates.

The great sign of a business is how they handle mistakes caught by the customer. This company went out of their way to ensure we were happy with the end results. They had about 75% of my house painted before we realize the color was off. Once the mistake was identified, the company did not hesitate to purchase gallons of new paint and finished the painting in a day. I highly recommend this company.

The whole team was very nice, professional and worked hard. Even in the rain they would work on something that the rain didn't effect.

Our home is over 90 years old we've lived in it since 1993. Needless to say I've dealt with many contractors over the years. This is the second time we've had the house completely painted. Brett is the only contractor we've used that I'm 100% pleased with he kept the project on track, addressed and resolved each problem as they occurred to our satisfaction. I would recommend him and be happy to work with him again.

The work completed was done very well and I would use the painting service again if needed.

T h o r o u g h. Felt very trustworthy. A truth a feeling of honesty, is a soup to nuts construction company. When they didn't feel the price was right on a certain project they gave me recommendation to go to a specialty company and they would do a better job and a better price.

These guys were neat and very professional. They did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend their service.

We hired New Direction for a full home exterior paint job. CJ is great to work with, very proffesional and followed-up on all issues promptly, spending his own time to correct any issues created by his subcontractors; There is not a better person to work with on a project than CJ. Pricing was also very resonable. However, the paint crew was less desirable to work with. They painted the majority of our home with a sprayer and left several oversprays that when covered with white trim paint did not fully cover; overspray on bricks, pavers, etc. After asking them to touch up several times, many places were still missed. Spraying vs hand brush or rolling left multiple places where the paint seemed shadowey or uneven. I encourage a thorough discussion with CJ prior to engaging for exterior paint. This is to ensure you both understand full expectations. At then end of the project, I decied to just close out the job vs asking them to keep coming back to fix items they could not or would not fix. Most items could have been avoided with simple prep work and taping off edges or other steps. There was significant rain on and off during the course of the project that may have impacted the quality of the work. Good luck!

The installers were prompt and courteous. They did a wonderful job and kept us apprised of their progress throughout the process. We would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a service like this.

We hired New Direction for an extensive painting project, interior and exterior. They also installed crown molding throughout our home. This was the best remodeling project we have ever done. Everyone in the company was pleasant, friendly and very professional. The quality of their work was exceptional and communication was superior. I recommend them highly. It s only been 4 months and paint is chipping , all the new wood was not sealed or not the correct pressure treated wood , it s all cracking in half and coming apart and detaching from the house . Not sure what to do at this point !
