We have been working with Charles to rent our home and continue to maintain the property. He has been awesome to work with! Our house rented in under 3 months and he has done a fantastic job keeping us up to date when things are needed. The price for placement of a tenant was a little high, but worth the price because the house didn't sit vacant for very long. I couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend if you are not local to maintain your own rental property.

They know many of the property managers, so they can get you better deals. I think it's also important to note many of the property managers told us how much they love this company. Best of all, the service is free! You just put them as your referral source on your application.
