AJ was a true professional; arrived on time, laid tarp to capture debris, completed replacement in a timely manner, ensured I was satisfied, cleaned up all debris from his work. Great job all the way around. I would recommend to family, friends and others. Will be contacting Mary Lou for other roof work in the near future. .

My only wish is that Nature Vue would give classes to other contractors on how to run a contracting business. The experience was pleasant and productive from the first phone call to the completed project. The workers, Edward and AJ(I think), were on time, explained the scope of the work, kept us informed as to their progress and then completed the work in excellent fashion. The result is that we have a beautiful skylight and they have a very satisfied customer. They were extremely neat, both inside and outside the house; and in fact, if it weren't for seeing the skylight, we wouldn't have known they had been here. And to top it all off, they cleaned leaves off the roof for me. I had asked them to remove a very small amount of leaves (that I couldn't reach) from a valley but Edward cleaned all the leaves from that part of the roof. How's that for added value?

Great! We are so happy with how much the skylights lit up the room. They did a great job and looks great on the inside and outside.

The representative came on time and gave me the estimate right away. He also went the extra mile of spot-fixing the damaged skylight which was to be replaced, until they could come out and work on it. The repairmen came on time on the day of the appt. and were polite, cleaned up the work area, and were very helpful with all the questions I had regarding the installation. I would highly recommend them.

I called Nature Vue because they had repaired another leak situation for me a few months ago. He came out when he said he would, (actually came earlier) said he could fix the problem while he was here, and did so for the cost of the initial service fee. So far, so good!

Installation was on time and very professional. They cleaned up all their mess before they left. Made a big difference in our kitchen and hallway. We don't need lights in those areas during the day any more. Plenty of light even on a cloudy day. We've had several big rains since installation, including Mathew and hurricane Irma, and no leaks (that was my only concern), so my wife and I are both happy campers. Now thinking of possibly installing a couple more. Installation was roughly half the time expected and the price was slightly less than the estimate. Glad we did this. Should have done it sooner.

I don't usually write reviews but Nature Vue Skylights was so awesome I felt the need to write this. William and his crew were wonderful. The installed the two sun tunnels with no mess and did the installation in less time than he had originally said it would take. The product is beyond wonderful - it totally lights up my kitchen and dining room. I am so satisfied that I have already arranged for another estimate for another sun tunnel and a solar attic fan. You won't go wrong if you use Nature Vue Skylights.

Nature VueSkylights is great company to work with the owners and employees are very Profesional and courteous and did a fantastic job for us.This is the second time we had Nature Vue install a sun tube for us,two months ago in our dinning room and now in our Kitchen where we had to keep our six lights on to be able to see.The installers came out on time and installed the Sky tunnel in 2 1/2 hours.the kitchen is nice and bright even on a cloudy day and I schould cut down on my electric bill.They cleaned up after the job and you wouldn't have even known that they had worked there.Thank you so much Nature Vue it was a pleasure doing bissiness with you again.

What a lovely company to do business with! They have done work for over 50 families in my community, and everyone that I spoke with was pleased. The owner, Mary Lou, is very involved in the business. She answers the phone, answers questions, shows you her products, and resolves any concerns. The people working at her company are professional, courteous, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job, came on time, completed the work in the timeframe advised, and cleaned up after themselves. The light was whiter than I expected, and they quickly came out to soften the color, at no additional cost. I highly recommend this company, and it gave me such pleasure to support a small, local business.

They arrived on time at 10 a.m., covered my living room furniture (where the skylights were located), replaced the skylights in 4 hours. They were courteous, they cleaned up the mess from the old skylights and carried it with them. I would definitely recommend NatureVue. They honored their quote and I was able to use their Angie's List coupon for each skylight. Wonderful job!! I love my new skylights!!

Workers showed up on time and we're done in two hours as I had been told.the dining room also known as the Cave because it was the darkest room in the house is now like daylight and I keep going to the light switch thinking someone left it on.We are probably going to get another one installed in our kitchen soon.

Time estimate for installation was relatively accurate....approximately two hour for skylights and then fans. They verified location of lights before installation. I observed their work on the roof and looked professional. They were careful to protect home using drop cloths and then cleaned up their work. Available light is unbelievable...like staring into the sun. Look forward to lower air conditioning bills in summer.

Each of these engagements went very well. Our original contact with Nature Vue was as the roofing subcontractor for our lanai, and we were impressed enough by them to call them for the other jobs mentioned above. I would not hesitate to use them again!

I received a prompt response from Mary Lou of Nature Vue when I inquired about an inspection of my leaking skylight (36 years old). William arrived the following Saturday and inspected the skylight, as well as the roof. I was glad to hear that the roof is still in pretty good shape. It was no surprise to learn that I needed to replace the skylight. He thoroughly explained the process, price and warranty. He covered the leaking skylight to prevent any further damage. He told me Mary Lou would call to schedule an installation date. By 1:30 on Monday Mary Lou offered an install date for the following Saturday, which I appreciated very much. William and his assistant arrived promptly and installed the new skylight. They cleaned falling debris in the bathroom and cleaned the light panel in the ceiling. They worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Nature Vue Skylights for their willingness to accommodate the customer's schedule to provide outstanding service.

I contacted Naturevue Skylights by phone explaining my problem and the lady who answered was very polite and helpful. An appointment was scheduled for 07-15-14 to check out my two skylights and to provide a quote. I really thought it would cost more and was very pleased with the quote and it was a deal on the spot. On 7-22-15, the two repairmen arrived on time and installation of two new sklyights was completed in 2 hours. Both men were courteous and professional. Awesome job and one happy customer! I highly recommend them.

The first thing I did was visit their showroom, which I found very helpful. It was on a cloudy day, but you wouldn't know that by going inside. When Mary Lou showed me the bathroom area (with a cover and without a cover over the sun tube) I was convinced that this was the way for me to go. I arranged for them to come out and give me an estimate, which they did right on time. No hard pressure sales either, just the facts and recommendations. I really like my house layout, but was always disturbed by how dark it was. Even in the daylight I had lights on. (I had several canned/pot lights installed in the living and kitchen areas due to this darkness). They came out the following week-even a little earlier than the scheduled time, which I appreciate. The installation was done quickly, they were as neat as they could be, and picked up after themselves. Results were immediate - they even caught me doing a little "happy" dance in the living room because it was finally the nice and bright space I always wanted. We still haven't had a sunny day, but I am blown away by how much I love my house again. It is so bright now! Just having natural light inside makes a huge difference. I would recommend them to anyone interested in having a brighter home.

Discussed two options for changing out my old plastic skylights and provided estimate. Evaluated options and decided to go with another provider. I sent Mary Lou an email updating her with my decision and reason why I chose the other company over hers.

Great experience!!! Both gentlemen were on time and did a professional installation. They answered all the questions we had on the installation of the tubes. It was done quickly and with very little mess which surprised me I thought it would be a messy process.
