Hired someone to pick up 2 loads from them.

GREAT!!! The team was professional, responsive, on time, courteous, and did an EXCEPTIONAL job.

Do not recommend. Mulch Masters was hired to complete my Comdominum Complex mulch job. The association landscape committee wanted the mulch done right. So much so, in that they could not find vendor to clean the beds first, between community volunteers and some day labor help - all beds were cleaned and raked prior to laying the mulch down. The committee completed research and did their homework and determined the amount of mulch needed and how thick they wanted it. Mulch Master's agreed to the plan. However, the installation crew would not abide by the contract. The crew leader insisted that 4-5 inches be laid down - where we only wanted 1.5 inches, therefore they were using more mulch than required. They did not spread the much - only threw with shovels in the general area. And since they overused the mulch, we didn't have enough. The complex is a mess...with the 4-5 inches of mulch overflowing from the beds. The company replied that this is standard work. Very upset! Do you use them!

Beth is a little spark plug... unbelievable energy on tap... Mulch masters uses quality ingredients that are expensive. If you dont mind paying for it, you get it... They deliver on time, they were able to get through my gates with their small truck and the dump bed delivery driver was able to put it on target with little fuss... no damage... exactly as we wanted it.

Mulch Masters soil Mix #3 killed all the garden and landscaping plants. We called them repeatedly over a 5 week period and told them about the contaminated soil. Their employee Richard came and took soil samples to be tested yet they issued a general denial and did not address the evidence. They have provided terrible customer service and we have been denied a summer harvest from the garden and cost us approximately $1,200 in plants and labor. We must now remove the contaminated soil ourselves - not an easy job. We are very disappointed that the owner, Tito Lowinger, has acted in bad faith despite our giving him and his company many opportunities to do the right thing and honor their guarantee on the product. We are seeking restitution through the courts. We do not recommend this company.

They had what I wanted in stock and at a good price. The problem is that they were too busy to deliver it and wanted to schedule my delivery over a week out. I found somebody else who delivered what I wanted the next day.

They have great prices, they were on time and had a great attitude. They delivered it to exactly where I asked. They also carried the 10 bags of potting soil over to my garden and put the bags in the pots I had set aside. I really appreciated this because a bag of potting soil is really heavy and had he not helped the job would have taken me hours. I will use them again and recommend them to everyone.

They had a fairly good supply of mulches, and were pretty prompt with their delivery. The only negative comment I have toward the company regards the safety of their delivery trucks - I have seen numerous deliveries where their trucks were releasing mulch off the top, creating a road hazard. They need to make sure their covers are more effective.

We called them and the estimate they gave us beat our other inquires by around 200 dollars so we hired them. They did a wonderful job. They cleaned up really well afterwards, answered our questions and were very professional.
