We called on a Monday about getting an estimate for laying out sod on our front yard. That same day, Paul came to our house and measured the lawn and determined how many pellets were needed. He then called us and gave us an estimate of what it would cost to remove all the old grass/weeds, level, new soil and new sod. We agreed on the estimate and that same week on Thursday they were at the house making it all happen. We also wanted to get our sprinkler system serviced since it has not been used before by us, and he recommended someone who also came on Thursday before work started and repaired 3 broken heads, and ensure everything was running smoothly. He charged 105 for all the work. Then Paul's crew started clearing and taking all the bad grass/weeds and laying out the sod. They were on time, around 9:30 am, and done by 12. they did a good job. The only thing was that they cut the cable that gives us internet/cable at the house and we only found out because cable/internet stopped working. I am glad my husband was at the house because immediately he went outside and told them they cut it and at first the workers were acting like they didn?t do it, but Paul stepped in and said he would pay for any repair costs. So we called Comcast and that same day they fixed the cable and turned out it didn't cost a thing. Their work seemed a little rough, but I am not sure how these things are done as I have no frame of reference. Overall though, we are happy we got a brand new Lawn.

Due to time constraints on the project, I had to continue with the poorest quality clay soil. I felt completely taken advantage of by this company, which I had given good business to. They had the highest cost so I expected to get what I paid for.
Description of Work: I originally ordered 18 cubic yards of topsoil from Mucho Mulch, which was delivered to our residence by another company. The first delivery was a fine quality of rich black topsoil. The same day of the delivery I needed to order an additional 6 cubic yards. I spoke with the same service person at Mucho Mulch and asked for the same soil. I even asked for the service person to describe the soil to me. What arrived instead was clumpy reddish-brown clay.

Mucho Mulch & More was a little hard to get here. Once they were here, they worked very hard for me. It was a very hot day, but they kept right at it. They were really good.
