They came out on a Sunday, that is rare.

They are on Angie’s List, if I’m not mistaken. They did a good job. It was less than $1,000, about $900 for everything. They came on time and they explained everything. They were very helpful and professional. They cleaned everything up after themselves. Everything was fine. There was no disagreement on the price for the product that was done, the labor and parts. They provided the labor and the parts. They were on time.

They had to come back two times because they didn't clog up the pipes. Their responsiveness was very good. They were pretty good.

Project was completed professionally and successfully.

I called Mr. Rooter's St. Augustine office for service (not the Jacksonville office). The plumber that was sent spent an inordinate amount of time on his cell phone instead of working on my job. While he was on the phone he complained continuously about how long the job was taking and how difficult it was. I will never call Mr. Rooter again.

The initial work, with the original plumber, as described above went well. I arranged to have him come back to replace the CPVC piping in the house because it was so brittle. On the day the work was to commence a crew of three came in and things started going wrong from the beginning. The original plumber that I had requested did not show up. The company representative that I talked to about it said that, because of the plumbers age, that they did not like to ask him to climb around in attics. In the end the new piping is satisfactory and there have been no failures since the installation. However, during the install, several mistakes/errors of judgment/clumsy accidents took place. The job was supposed to take two days to complete and it actually took five. I had to call the company and complain about this and they sent out some more help. No drop cloths were put down and lots of mud was tracked into the house. Power tools and hand tools were put on top of our new washer and dryer in the garage, causing some scratching. During the install, some holes had to be drilled to route the new piping and one hole was mistakenly drilled in the bathroom wall near the ceiling damaging a wall tile. While the workers were in the attic over a bathroom someone stepped on a exhaust fan, pushing it down, and it had to be replaced, which they did. I now have two brown spots on my garage ceiling, that were not there before, caused by leaky connectors when the system was first turned on. All in all, it was not a good experience and I will not use this company again.

I called a local company, Magic Rooter 904 743-1074, where the owner of the company was, as the only employee in the company, the technician as well. Rather than unseat the toilet, Wayne went out to the rear yard, located the clean out valve for the septic pipe, and ran his snake from outside of our home using the clean out valve. The clog was cleared within 20 minutes and Wayne's charge was $125.00. Regarding the dishwasher, I purchased a bag of nylon cable ties at Lowe's and raised the dishwasher effluent hose so that water could no longer drain down from the garbage disposal into the dishwasher. Problem fixed with no need to remove the dishwasher from the cabinetry as advised by the technician from Mr. Rooter of Jacksonville. Cost of the plastic ties was under $10.00 and repair time was under ten minutes. The owner of Mr. Rooter of Jacksonville called after learning that we had chosen to not employ his services. He was very nice and acknowledged that the gentleman he sent out was new and should not have been sent alone. He offered to send out his most experienced employee and to complete the repairs at his expense. At this point, the work was complete and we asked only that he return the $99 my wife had spent for the $200 worth of services coupon. Our money was returned to us.

It turned out fine. There was an additional charge on top of the deal. The guy was very friendly and professional. He did a great job and he cleaned up. My dislike is his company required him to make a sales pitch for all other products that they supply which I really wasn't interested in. I haven't had any issue since the service.

It seemed as though our plumbing was worse than what we thought. Our service man ran to Home Depot while my husband had to run an errand. He was kind to agree to meet back at the house to finish the project later in the day after both were finished.

My name is Jeff Blumberg and I live in Nocatee (Greenleaf Village) and here is my review! I was informed that someone would be out to the house yesterday at 4pm. I made arrangements to move my schedule around and 3 hrs prior to the appointment, I rec'd a voice mail on my cell stating they could not make it. I called them right after the voice mail was retrieved and was told they would try to reschedule for the following day (today 1-22-2014). I asked them to confirm before the end of the day and rec'd no call. (Strike #1), This morning I rec'd a call and was told they never passed along my message (Strike #2). The worker arrived, (positive note) dressed in uniform and polite. The worker gave me an estimate to install 2 sink fixtures (faucets) for $1,000. The sinks were mounted in the granite. I had the faucets and the majority of parts. I simply wanted it installed so it did not leak. I about fell over after the price came out of his mouth. The worker uttered, and quot;that seemed a little higher than I would have expected too, i got it down to $850and quot;.... He then contacted the office per my request and came back with a cost of $600 to install 2 faucets (his and her's master bathroom) in my vanity top. TWO FAUCETS! Really? The ten other reviews that I read were so positive - well here is my grade - and quot;Fand quot;....

However the rate was so high I just had to move on.

Great. Mitch came in was very professional and courteous. I told him he was the third plumber that had look at my problem since June and he was very thorough in his inspection and he stayed to make sure he had fixed the problem and it was. I just want to thank Angie's List.

When they eventually got their communications sorted out between the Jacksonville and saint Augustine offices they were prompt and efficient.

Mr. Rooter, I would like to say that your receptionist Kim was very pleasant to talk to and helpful when I called needing information. Mr. Rooter technician Mike was very prompt and professional. He covered his shoes before entering my home and kept them covered until he completed the installation. His mannerism was very pleasing to me and I enjoyed talking with him. He did not mind answering questions that I had concerning the installation, and I could tell he took pride in his work. I was also very pleased with his work and the time it took to complete the job. With technicians like Mike I would not hesitate to refer Mr. Rooter to others. V. Johnson

The technician told me exactly what they were going to do -- step by step. Explained what they might find -- and depending on what damage there was -- what needed to be done to fix it. As it turned out, the flange was not cracked and did not need to be replaced. The seal was repaired to stop the leak and the rocking motion. He told me the toilet would not move at all after the fix. He was right. It's very solid. The work was quick and efficient. Very good job. I would use Mr. Rooter again, and recommend this company over and over again. The technician seemed very knowledgeable about the work to be done and carefully -- and patiently -- explained the repair process to me.

Technician was on time called before arriving. Clean, professional, high quality diagnostics; fixed all problems in record time. Using Mr. Rooter for l leak in my toilet as I write this review.

Mike Flye was professional and punctual. Courtesy phone call 10mins out and arrived in exactly 10mins. Explained every process in detail and was very thorough in his repairs. His survey of my entire water/piping system was very informational. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Mike to take care of your plumbing needs. We will definitely use them in the future.

I had a Mr. Rooter rep. out on 11/30/13, and had our mainline snaked. This fixed our issue at that time. A day later another issue occurred with our main line. I contacted Mr. Rooter and their rep Michael Robinson promptly returned my call, and w/in the hour, he was back at our house. Mr. Robinson proceeded to troubleshoot the issues, using his snake and camera to determine where the line blockage was occurring. This was not an easy undergoing. Mr. Robinson had to snake and use his camera several times, before he had resolved the issue. His attitude was great, something all employers seek in an employee. He provided us with an abundance of information to help us with any possible future incidents that may occur, and also warrantied his service for an additional 30 days. I appreciate everything Mr. Robinson and Mr. Rooter did for our family, and we will definitely use Mr. Rooter in the future when and if required. Thanks from The Cain's

My Service Technician, Michael Robinson, arrived promptly at my appt time. He was friendly in his greeting and gave my children each a little Mr Rooter figurine. He placed protective shoe covers to ensure no damage (or dirt) on my floors. And went right to the problem area and started his assessment. Once he determined that the garbage disposal was the source of the foul smell and was old and in disrepair he called my management company and dealt with them directly to get approval for disposal replacement. Once clearance was given for the new disposal he repaired it. My kids were looking over his shoulder and I was worried they would be a bother and I kept removing them from the area. Then he engaged them by asking them questions and giving them easy tasks like and quot;reading the instructionsand quot; or connecting two pipes together (like building blocks) It was actually really sweet and he didn't seem annoyed at all which made me really happy. Once the repair was complete he said and quot;thank you for allowing Mr Rooter to service your plumbing todayand quot;. And then he gave me a $50 gift card for choosing them for my plumbing needs. How cool is that!!

.The service technician was prompt on both visits. His appearance was very professional, courteous, and pleasant. He carefully explained each job in detail, answering all questions, and carefully cleaned up after his work, leaving the premises exactly as they were when he arrived. I have full confidence that the work performed was done expertly and at a reasonable cost. I will definitely contact this company for all future plumbing needs and plan to suggest them to others that may need to use their extensive services. A very satisfying and thorough experience, with a very knowledgeable and caring service technician (Mike).

I called around 3:00pm and Elio came out within an hour and a half. Very professional and did not charge just to come out and look at the problem. He was done within an hour.

Took longer than they had foreseen. Initially, they wanted to come at 5:00 pm the day before Feb 7 but I asked them to come on Feb 7. They would not have been able to complete the job had they come on the 6th because it took them about 4 hrs to complete job. Overall, they did a good job.

They have great service and have been really good to me. I have been using them for the past 15 years.

They showed up on time. They are a good company. We tried using a different company, but they were not able to correct the problem. Mr. Rooter was able to though. They were very professional and did clean up after they were done. The worker was a little gun hoe so to speak about tearing down walls. But I asked him to talk to me first about that kind of thing and he did. I was so happy with the work that I did sign up for a maintenance program for 5 years.
