They did a good job!

Excellent service from this company. The tech, Damon, was highly knowledgeable and efficient. He easily installed an outdoor receptical to our home and corrected a previous mistake by another company on another building. He was also extremely cordial and a pleasure to talk to, which is a rarity with service personnel. The pricing structure by this company is straight forward and shown to the customer so you know exactly what you're paying. No additional cost gouging or made up pricing as with many electricians. I won't hesitate to use this company again and can only hope to get another tech as professional as Damon.

I was not informed until after they cut a hole in my wall that they DO NOT patch holes. I was told I would have to hire somebody else to finish the job up.

Tech came in the scheduled time , spent 20-30 min to write & document a safety inspection sheet on my home, only ask to have 1-gfi outlet replaced, bathroom and 1-regular outlet checked on back patio. When gfi outlet was replaced, it solved the other outlet issue! I already had a new gfi outlet, which he used to replace, but still charged 100$ just to switch out the outlet!

The Sparky Jax team were awesome. The took care of my electrical issue. They removed the old electrical wires and replaced them with new ones. They showed up on time, it took them about 1 hour to finish the job. I thought it would take longer! The also installed 3 switches for me on a bargain, which would have caused me about $210. They were very professional and I will used them for the rest of my electrical projects! Thanks guys!

On time. Needed an extra return call to correct a minor problem but that was handled the next day and very much appreciated.

Upgraded new rewiring to the existing spotlights on the landscape in front of yard. The technician, Sven is very professional and did a great job. The only problem I had with the company I've never received a receipt for the work that was accomplished. I've called several time to the company and the gal said she would send it, but I haven't received it. They need to communicate better with customer service. Make sure to document and keep your own receipts for work that was done so you can refer to it in the future if there should be any problems that arises.
