Brandon did an amazing job of installing lights ceilings fans and additional outlets. He put together very complicated lights and hung oversized fans. My house looks beautiful. The company is pricy but they do a very good quality job.

They were timely and professional

The guys were very nice and cleaned up everything after all the work was completed. They took time to explain things to me if I had questions.

They did a great job! The young gentleman that they sent out was very knowledgeable, cleaned his messes, very courteous and nice company.

Excellent service and excellent response to my request. They did neat and efficient work. Brandon was an excellent technician. Very high on the cost spectrum though. I went to the store to buy bulbs and compared pricing plus their installation cost and Sparky Jax was on the extremely high side of the cost spectrum. I had called other companies and received no response and with Sparky Jax everything was taken care of within 24 hours of my inquiry. However, due to the extremely high cost of their labor, I would not recommend them. Plus I tried to call them to discuss my concerns before writing this review and no courtesy of a return call. Plus they took a chandelier that they removed without even asking !!

From the customer service in the office to the technician Brandon’s ability to trouble shoot and accomplish tasks that another company had told me couldn’t be done, my experience with Mr Sparky was excellent. Professional in their appearance and cleaned up after themselves . I would recommend them to anyone.

They were prompt professional and very courteous my wife and I agree they were Worth every penny. If that's still acceptable these days.

Timely and efficient. A little on the costly side, but maybe all electricians are (?). I would definitely recommend them for your electrical needs.

The work was shabby, some of the plugs don't work, wires tacked to the outside of the house in a very ugly way. I am so disappointed in the work.

They were able to come out right away and gave a written estimate before starting with 3 different options. The electrician was very helpful, answered all of my questions and work was done professionally. Will definitely hire them again for future projects.

Sparky was able to set an appointment the soonest, the Service Repairman was very punctual, courteous, friendly & skilled. He diagnosed & fixed the problem quickly and corrected an incorrectly wired outlet.

The people who came were nice and took the time to explain the issues to me and what they could do to solve one item and how I should move forward on the other item. This was a pleasant visit.

I was having an issue with the Breaker. Joe came out and we discussed the issue. He actually listened to what I though caused the problem and he started the troubleshooting based on my comments. He discovered the problem quickly. Joe was very professional and focused on making the repairs instead of trying to do unnecessary work. I would definitely Joe for any future services.
