It went well. It took way longer than Al and Jose thought it would take, but my home is 3,000 sq feet. It took 4-5 hours(can't really remember). It is a very messy process and if we would have had more time, we could have taken more precautions to cover furniture, lamps, etc. But they cleaned as well as they possibly could. I would definitely recommend them!!!

BAD!! They were hucksters looking to make a buck and rip me off. They sold me an additional service which was total BS. They described the situation to be FAR worse than it was. They told my my heater had a problem and could not be repaired. THEY LIED!!! I have a home warranty and got a second opinion. My heater was repaired. I paid a minimum co-pay and was told my unit will last for the foreseeable future if I keep it maintained. Angie's List should get rid of TLC. They give the industry a bad name.

We really liked Al and Kenneth and they were very knowledgable about AC.

Workmen were on time, and did a great job. I was really impressed that they completed job in less than a day working in such confined space and heat. They cleaned up and hauled old material away. Every one was very friendly and willing to please.

The worst AC company I've ever dealt with. The owner Tony Alicea robbed us out of $3100 for a defected AC unit that never worked properly. After calling him several times to fix it, he refused and told us to get another person to fix the unit and to stop calling him about the problem. Initially, we specifically asked for a 3.0 ton but later found out through the manufacturer that the ac unit was only a 2.5 ton. However, Tony Alicea lied to us and told us he gave us a 3.0 ton ac. Don't trust this company. They are not professional. Tony's wife had called me cursing me out and I have the voicemail to prove it. the workers were prompt and courteous. they cleaned all of the vents and cleaned out all of the duct work. they installed a new uv light on the air conditioner.

The service was excellent! The service person was polite and helpful. There was a part that needed to be ordered and he was back the very next day with the part and repaired my dryer. I am very happy with the service and felt that this company treated me with respect and honesty. As a member of the over 65 community I am always nervous when dealing with repair people as I do not wish to be taken advantage of and I feel that this is a company I can trust.

They offered great services, tech was cleaned, truck was in excellent shape, equipment to clean ducts was very modern. Great company at an affordable price.

I got other quotes from the larger companies. When Tony came he took the time and brought to my attention things the other companies did not even mention. He recommended additional returns and increased number of vents. They showed up when they said and worked hard. They did stay well into the evening on two nights, but that was OK with us. We wanted to get the job completed. Minor damage was done on a ceiling but they showed up in 2 days to repair it. They units are Trane and everything is working much better than it ever has. Clean up was done. Cost was exactly as he quoted and infarct he did some extra work at N/C. I wish I had know about them when I renovated my office. Cost was slightly below the big companies, and they did more work.
