The provider came out a few times, but I doubt they really sprayed for weeds and pests. We continued to have problems and tried to get provider to come back out and take care of them. Provider would not return our calls and never returned to fix the problems. They simply took our money and ran.

We had this service for the past year. We had one instance in the beginning where we were home and our cameras showed the serviceman did not spray the back of the yard fully. We contacted owner, he apologized and stated his man said he did do the back, but he did not review the photos and did send him back out. Our lawn has looked good, but did have some minor problems along edges and near pool where a pack vs the large sprayer could have corrected but we did not complain. Our Sister also caught the serviceman not going into back of yard and she dropped the service. Our mother called repetitivelyto have him correct her lawn and no calls were returned. Our neighbor called for service and owner did not show up for appointment. All of this, and we never cancelled. We noticed we had no bill since October so mother called and he stated he dropped everyone. No letter. No cancellation notice, just no contact or service. No degree of professionalism.
