From start to finish everything went perfect. My sales associate was George, who was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He came to my home and measured, and we discussed various carpets and prices. He ordered our carpet and set up an installation date. The carpet installers, Eddie and Mike, arrived on time. They were very nice, and worked hard all day, for a little over 8 hrs., and only took a very short break for lunch. They pulled up and removed the old carpet and pad, moved all the furniture and put it back (with no dinging any walls) and put down our beautiful new carpet, vacuumed new carpet and cleaned up everything before they left. They were very pleasant all day and worked very well as a team. I am completely pleased with everything, from the sales to the installation, and the price was better than many others I'd checked with. This is a family-owned and operated business, and they really care about pleasing the customer and d*** a good job. George even called me the day after installation to be sure I was 100% pleased. I would never go anywhere else for carpet, and I'll be referring friends and relatives to Mercury Carpet.

They did fine.? They were good.? Their pricing was fine.? Everything was good.

George was very professional from initial quote to completion of work. He will do whatever it takes to please the customer. He assigned the lead man for the job to "Tudor." A very nice/respectful man. The only issue I had was he would arrive each morning and work a few hours and then disappear until around 4 pm each day, leaving only one worker in his absence. I felt like this prolonged the time necessary to complete the work and possibly created some unnecessary stress/pressure on Tudor.

The salesman (George T) was very polite and responsive to phone calls. Did the estimate earlier than the initial time. The installation was supposed to occur on a Tuesday, ended up being a day later. So far, the installation seems to have gone well.

It was a misunderstanding on areas to be tiled. They wanted to charge more after the job was complete. After a couple e mails the matter was resolved and Dan did the right thing. I would use them again. The actual job was beautiful the tile was laid diagonally and was instrumental in the sale of the home.

See above; I described it in detail there.? The guys arrived right on time (9:30) and only breaked for lunch.? Mike and Eddie moved the furniture so easily, I was amazed.? They took out the old pad and put the new carpet in so quickly.? They sure knew what they were doing.? They were also friendly.

The first time I got several estimates for the work.? I worked with George at mercury.? The pricing George gave me was better than Costco and Lowe's.? In addition, he was very professional.? The installers did a fabulous job.? We have had poor workmanship on wood before (from another provider)?so I was very concerned but the installers? but the ones?from?Mercury knew what they were doing.? The seems were tight and looked great. ?This first job was over 2 years ago and the carpet and hardwood look as good today as the day it was installed. The second job was a high end carpet job. I only got one other estimate on a similar but different brand carpet but both high end.? Mercury again provided the best price and I got the same great service second time around.? I have another job with a new house coming up soon... I am planning to call Mercury again.

They did a good job but it was a little more expensive than I thought it would be. It was just okay. I thought it was very expensive.

The salesman from Mercury Carpet & Flooring was very knowledgeable, very friendly and very straightforward as far as giving a quote and what is involved. They have a very large selection and were willing to show multiple levels of quality carpets from low end to high end. He didn't push me from one direction to the other. Overall I was very satisfied I just chose not to go with them. The price quoted was fair.

Mercury Carpet was recommended by our Contractor so?we went to the show room to pick out what carpet we wanted.? We met with John Namen who was very helpful and a pleasure to work with, He came out to the house to take measurements, ordered what we needed and had it installed all in a very timely manner.? We?were very please with the whole process and would definitely go back to John for any future flooring needs.

Carpet was bought from Mercury carpet and installed by their installers. Dan came out in December and gave me an estimate for the carpet that I wanted. He had no problem with us waiting to install until after the holidays. The 3 installers were on time, were professional, and personable. They move the furniture for you which is great but you do have to move all your belongings off the furniture so the more prepared you are the easier it is for the installers to get their work done efficiently. They were careful with all the furniture moving it out of rooms and moving back into the rooms. I had carpet installed in the great room, master bedroom, two front rooms, down and hallway, and in 4 closets. I am very happy with both the product and the work of the installers. When I need flooring or carpeting again I will definitely go to Mercury Carpet as my first option.

This is a good company--reliable and honest.? I have used them for several years to install carpets at various rental properties.? They didn't try to rip me off with expensive grade carpet.? Both Dan and George knew exactly what my budget was and gave me great product for the price.? Had a great experience in 2013.? Dan emailed me two quotations for the same job--one slightly higher.? I asked about it and he apologized and said he made a?"mathematical error" on the first one.? Later that evening, without me asking again about it, Dan sent me another email.? He apologized again, and said?Mercury would do the job for the erroneous, less expensive quote he sent.? Holy cow!? Glad to do business with this company. I'm sure they probably sub out for the installations, but the installations have always been terrific.? For the reasonable price I paid, I felt like?every installation was great.? No gaps.? Never a need to "re-stretch" later.

Mercury arrive on time day of installation and removed the old carpet. Installers were vey professional and completed the job on time. The quality of carpet and pad was excellent. oblemspr

From start to end, excellent. Very responsive - came and measured the house and completely discussed the carpets available, pads (I have animals) etc. I waited about a month to decide because of cost and checked other's prices also, and his was the best as to quality and cost. Also has his own installers. Installers were unbelievable great - they moved a large amount of furniture around and not one thing was broken, - everything back where it should be & even helped me rearrange furniture. My home looks like a different house the carpet is so luxurious and beautiful as well as being stain resistant

We have been working with John for several weeks now regarding our big project of removing old tile and carpeting, with new flooring (tile, laminate and carpeting) to be installed soon. We are repeat customers so we knew the quality of their work. They have been wonderful working with us within a specific time frame. John is very kind and wonderful to work with and the price was within our budget. We would definitely recommend Mercury Carpet and would use them again.

I met with Dan and we worked together to find a carpet of the quality I needed near the price range I had budgeted. Dan was easy to work with, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I spoke to the other two carpet retailers I had chosen but they either did not have a carpet of the same quality in my price range, or were not professional, Dan gave me a price and I had my wife return with me to agree upon the selection and color. Dan was very patient in re-explaining the carpent information to my wife as my three little ones (all under 7) explored his showroom. Dan's price was not the cheapest but the quality was worth the price and Dan made his price competitive. The reason I gave an overall rating of "B" was for the installation process. The installer's were not the most professional. All the other contractors I had worked with thus far (painters, roofers, etc.) referred to me by Mr. or Sir but they called me by my first name. Also they told me that painting before installing carpet was not the way it was usually done and they left marks on the walls and baseboards (mostly on the stair case). Probably the biggest red flag was that they wanted to use the same shop vac to vacuum my new carpet that they had just used to vacuum the dirt from the floor underneath the removed carpet. My previous carpet installations have always been vacuumed with a normal vacuum after installation, not a shop vac (I let them use mine). Also, I had removed one section of carpet before they arrived to see how it looked underneath but they were hesitant to remove it. Perhaps these are minor matters but I had expected a bit more for $7K of carpet. I will say that I think they did a good job cleaning the floor after they removed the old and the carpet installation seems to be of good quality. I would probably buy from Dan again but I would request a different installation crew.

Professional and positive experience from start to finish. We did our research before entering the store so had some ideas of what we wanted in mind. We worked with George from start to finish and he was not only knowledgeable, professional, helpful and never pushy, but was also just a pleasure to work with! He gave us lots of options and we were able to take multiple samples home to look at and make our choice. George then came out to our house to get the official measurements and final price quote. The add'l (5%) discount for finding them on Angie's List was a nice added bonus! Since we had already decided to go with them we gave a deposit to George that day and scheduled the installation. The installation was just as smooth. They arrived on time, were professional and also moved the furniture (we had already taken care of moving anything fragile). All went without any problems and they were done and had the furniture back in place in no time (no add'l cost)....even took away the old carpet and padding (no add'l cost). They were true gentlemen ! We couldn't be happier and George even called us a few days later just as he said he would to see how we liked everything and how the process went. This company gets top grades and accolades from customers for a reason! We couldn't be happier !

It went very well, the installers arrived on time and ready to work. Total time to demo and remove the existing carpet was an hour, and another hour to install the new carpet. Installers were clean, and prepared, curtious and well informed of the job.

George came to our house with some samples. He measured rooms for us and gave us a rough estimate. Later, we visited the store, and looked at many samples. The sales representative (George's brother, whose name escapes me) was very patient and answered all our questions. After we chose our carpet and set a date for installation, the installers came right on time and worked quickly. We were so pleased that we opted to get carpeting for the boys' rooms and then a few months later, they carpeted the condo we are renting.

I have nothing but high praises for Mercury Carpet and Flooring. We wanted to replace the carpet in most of our house with tile and hardwood. We decided to go with Mercury because they had great reviews and multiple comments about the high quality of their work. We wanted to make sure the job was done right the first time. We are very pleased with the experience and workmanship from Mercury. Dan was very responsive to our needs and even made 2 trips to our house with samples because we were indecisive on which product we wanted. He provided great input to help us confirm a decision that will greatly help with the resale of our house and which look wonderful. The installation was superb. I would highly recommend Mercury Carpet and Flooring and we will definitely use them again when we redo the floors in our last 2 carpeted rooms.

The person I talked to seemed very knowledgeable. ?He was very courteous and kind, as well as being very helpful. ?I told him once I get the refinance taken care of, ?I would get back to him. ?He told me after I purchased the carpet and flooring, the installation would be free. ?There are other companies that charge you an additional $2000 to $3000 just for the installation! ?I haven't been to the big box stores yet, but I like dealing with smaller companies. ?I would give Mercury Carpet an A for price, because so far, they have been the cheapest. ?He got back to me the very next day after I called, and he was very professional.

Great job and would recommend Mercury to anyone with a Carpet need. Professional from beginning to end. Much better experience then going with?one of the big box retailers.

We had problems with our laminate flooring. When it was installed last summer it was fine, but we have long stretches of laminate in the house and when the weather got nice and we opened the windows, there was some lifting of the floor (peaking).If it had been installed right from the beginning, we wouldn't have had the problem. After months of waiting around, we finally fired the original installer and started looking around.We got two recommendations for Mercury and so we had them over to look at our repair. A manager came out first. He showed impeccable concern and competence in looking over the floor. I think he was showing us good service but I think he was also protecting his workers by not getting them into an impossible situation or something. Anyway after meeting with John I just knew we'd get our problem fixed. Then, John sent James over, who gave ujs a reasonable estimate for the fix and was willing to go through my questions carefully and educate me on the tricks of the trade. I learned that I was right in the first place and the original installer should have left gaps at the edges that were much bigger. I think he left no gap in one critical area that really hurt us.James and his co-worker went to work and in a few hours they accomplished what the original installer could not achieve in three months. ames turned the floor out as good as his word and I would never hesitate to have his team install for us on any other flooring we might want.Mercury has a good and long record. We made the mistake of buying from someone we didn't check out first well enough and I would not make that mistake again. Thank you Mercury.

It went very well. The Mercury carpet salesman came to our home and measured floors for the items we wanted which was laminated floor in the living room and carpeting in dinning room, hallway & den. Price was given and date was set for work to be done. They did a very good job and was professional and on time. All old carpet hauled away and furniture put back in place.
