Fantastic! I am very pleased with the work done by Martin Homes. The "brothers crew" were outstanding. They showed up on time every day and worked extremely hard the entire time. The quality of their work was outstanding, and then sent pictures every day of the progress being made. I got quotes from other companies and their price was very competitive. I highly recommend them for siding work.

I took the day off work to meet with Ken Martin for an estimate at 10:00pm. He did not show up or call. My time is important I will not do business with a company like this.

The work turned out fantastic. I recommend them all the time to people and would continue to use them as the need arises.

Great. Very professional company. All of the workers involved were very pleasant. Did a beautiful job. Had daily updates to keep me posted. All questions answered promptly.

The first two days were great! They worked hard and got a lot done. After that it became a running joke how slow or lack of work was getting done. We went to Ken and Chris and they continued to placate us on how difficult our home was. 10 weeks later and after my husband built 8 full houses with his 4 man crew, the house was finally done. The job was good. They do good work but if you want your job done in a timely fashion, this is not the company to hire. There was a lot of checking the weather app while sitting in the truck, standing around smoking cigarettes, and just plain standing around. They do not clean up daily, so expect construction things everywhere the duration of your project. Like I said, final project looks great but I will not be using this company in the future.

They were good. They came in a little high but they're one of the more popular contractors for that kind of work. They do give you a higher quality window and stuff, so you're getting what you pay for. The estimate worked out pretty well. We haven't decided yet and we're still getting estimates. So we are still undecided at this point.

It was a great experience. We have done business with a lot of companies and this one was by far one of the best. Ken Martin, Owner, and Chris Lentzke, Vice President were wonderful to deal with. When I called this company, Chris was the person I spoke with and after he came out to price the job, I knew we would do business with this company. We were advised of what would be done, the cost, how long it would take and guaranteed us that when the job was finished we would be happy. He answered any questions or concerns that we might have and when there were problems, Chris came out (I know over 8 times) to make sure that we understood what needed to be done to take care of the situation. How many companies have you done business with where the owner comes out to make sure everything is done to your satisfaction (4 times). Randy & Gary, who did the actual work, were the most conscientious wonderful people we have ever been involved with. They really know their stuff and care about making sure the customer is totally satisfied. When they ran into a problem, we were shown the problem and told what needed to be done to take care of it and then Chris was called, and he came out to advise us of what it would entail to resolve the situation. They always did what they told us they were going to do. Also, they were very prompt and treated us with the utmost respect. The painters this company uses does a good job too. After the job was completed, the owner and Chris came out to do a walk-around to make sure that we were pleased with the work done and we were. As my husband will tell you, I am not an easy person to please (a perfectionist) and have problems trusting companies, since we were taken advantage of by other companies who made promises that were not kept, but this company made me feel at ease and assured me that I would be totally satisfied when the job was completed. The main thing we like about this company, is that they have been in business for a long time, plan to be here and we know if anything goes wrong, they will take care of the problem. You have to trust a company you do business with and it is hard this day and time to find an honest company, but this certainly is one. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done. A wonderful company and a wonderful bunch of people to work with.

This company was AMAZING! Fantastic customer service. Our sales rep, Chris, was like a friend by the end of the project. He kept in contact with us every day to let us know how everything was going,.

Job went very well, i was assigned a project manager and daily log of work completed was posted to builder trend website to view progress and status. They stayed on schedule and completed in time estimated. they were prompt to resolve any issues.

The carpentry portion was done pretty well, until you got to the side of the building that was not in direct view. The main issue here was the overall number of butt joints (trying to minimize scrap) and the gaps left between the butted clapboards. Some cedar bucks were repaired and the nail holes were not filled. I rated this portion a "B". Painting was not so good. The painters showed up and sprayed the building with the body color. Then they roller painted the front face of the trim only with the trim color. The trim color should have been carried all the way around the jambs. They didn't even open the doors so all the doors have a stripe along the edge where the door hits the stop and also same on the hinge side. Door bucks were repaired and new wood not painted. I found the company rep who quoted and supervised the job to be uncooperative and argumentative. There are other Hardie recommended contractors in my town and I'll use one of them for my next job.

Ken Martin came out quickly and gave me an estimate. He was punctual, honest about the amount of work and gave me excellent recommendations. I am still in the process of looking at what to do. Very professional.

They started the work yesterday. We were happy with professionalism and price so we moved forward.

The meeting was great. Ken cam out to meet me on site. When I did call him to set up an estimate, he scheduled it within 48 hours. Ken was very helpful in my decision making on which route I should go with my siding. Though I did not decide to go with Martin Home Exteriors, it was not due to professionalism or price. My house needed a complete overhaul (investment property), and I needed a company that could do a little of everything, not just exterior.

Excellent! Great experience from quote all the way through the replacement process. They kept me informed on the timeline. Ken also coached me on caulking the siding and windows before we painted.

We do not have a single complaint about this company! They were incredibly professional, personable, experienced, and went above and beyond. They set fair expectations as far as timing and their quote was significantly less than the other quote we received. Prompt response for estimate. Work began on schedule and stayed on budget. Gutters were added as an after thought but no break in service.

Extremely well. From the moment Ken Martin of Martin Home Exteriors was contacted to the final walk-around. Ken Martin communicated honestly and quickly. His knowledge of both the product to be used and the extent of the project was apparent when he presented his proposal(s). Martin Home Exteriors was able to provide a better product (James Hardie siding) at a significantly lower price than all other competitors which we contacted. There were some hidden problems discovered while removing the old wood siding, but were quickly remedied,. Throughout the project, It was a joy watching Randy and Gary work their magic in upgrading our home. Words can't describe their attention to detail and commitment to the project. Similarly, Dean and his paint crew provided the same high quality service in completing the project. In summary, Martin Home Exteriors provided the highest possible product and service, ,we would definitely use them in the future and hereby give our highest recommendation to anyone in need of their services.

Ken was very professional and easy to work with. He was always available by phone if I had questions or comments.

Mr. Martin was very prompt, professional, and courteous. He emailed me before our appointment to confirm and followed up several times afterwards. I was getting estimates from many contractors at the time and he was the only one that actually followed up without me having to call back asking for written estimates (some of which never did call me back). He was very honest about what the issues were and how much it would cost me to do all the repairs. The prices he quoted were comparable to the other contractors. I have yet to make a decision on whether or not I want to actually have the work done, but this company would be at the top of list if/when I decide to move forward.

Overall project went smoothly. After removing the old siding, various conditions were discovered that needed to be addressed. Ken Martin and his site supervisor, Eddie Rhodes, were very professional and accommodating. All additional work and changes were done at very reasonable prices.

It was a great experience. Ken gave us a lot of attention both over the phone and then again at the in home estimate. He pointed out several details that no one had. He opened our eyes to the different possibilities. Had we decided to move forward with the hardie board siding we would have went with Martin.

I contacted Ken via phone about installing replacement wooden windows. He explained he didn't offer the service, but spend about 10+ minutes on the phone with me suggesting ways I could get my project done. I am very grateful for the time he spent helping me. He is very knowledgeable and professional.
