Marckell Inc

Description of Work: I used Marckell Inc for remodeling kitchen and all 3 bathrooms, new flooring and interior painting. They are also painting all the doors.

Description of Work: We rent the first floor of an older home at the beach. When we moved in we noticed that the bathroom left some things to be desired: while the tile was new it was not done well and not sealed, the caulk in the shower needed to be redone, and the tub was stained because the glaze was worn away in some spots. We didn't complain and redid the caulk ourselves. However, with time mold grew from behind the caulk and floor and tub got more stained despite bleach and elbow grease. We redid the caulk again and treated for mold...it came back. Then, Marckell, Inc. came to the rescue! Ricky and his guys cleaned the tile grout and sealed it, cleaned the tub, and re-caulked the tub and shower. The bathroom looks amazing!!! what a difference. They got out all the stains on the porous tile grout and painted tub, removed old caulk that I could not, removed the mold, and re-caulked everything. Our land lord paid the fee but if I were a homeowner I would say it was worth it for sure. They did not re-glaze the tub because our landlord didn't want to pay for it but it looks so good I don't care.
