He arrived on time and took less than an hour to remove the old toilet and install the new. Because the new toilet was smaller, there was some un-grouted tile exposed which he wasn't able to fill in since he didn't carry grout on his truck. So, I still need to get some grout and fill in the spot which shouldn't be a problem. He did such an efficient job with the toilet, I hired him to do some plumbing work in a rental house, which turned out great.

Steve is very good at discussing with you what he is going to do before he does it. Cost is explained and should he run into more serious issues with the work he is doing he provides a detailed description of what the problems are, including cost that can effect the job, nothing is assumed without providing full detailed information. He is trustworthy left alone with running errands. Clean up was no problem. He is extremely easy to work with. Never getting upset when something needs an addition return for any reason. I have hired contractors to built house/s on 3 occasions, and manage maintenance for these property for 21 years, Steve is an outstanding Master Plumber, his prices are very fair.
