The staff is very friendly, dependable and show up on time. It could be a bit more detailed but then again, I have two dogs that carry in alot of dirt and shed terribly. I feel comfortable with the maid that comes to our home. She is personable and trustworthy and she likes our dogs! She will talk to them while she is cleaning, allows them to give her kisses and makes them feel comfortable. Really the only complaint that I could come up with would be floors and I think that it is just the product that is being used. The other company cleaned and my laminate floors and they shined for about a week. With my weekly cleans once the floor dries, any shine that was there while wet is gone which would be the product. I would like to see more detail around baseboards/floor edges, But all in all, I am happy and would hire again
Description of Work: I have a 3/2 home weekly cleaning consists of the following - 2 bathrooms cleaned including tubs, shower door, toilets, vanities, sinks and floors vacuumed and mopped, 2 bedrooms cleaned including dusting, straightening, floors vacuumed, mopped and beds stripped and made, kitchen cleaned, floors vacuumed/mopped, sink scoured , appliances wiped down and microwave wiped inside and out, living room and dining room dusted and floors vacuumed and mopped. Halls dusted, vacuumed/mopped. All garbage cans are emptied as well. They can add a services as needed

I contacted Amanda (the owner of Maid Spot) on Thursday for a and quot;move outand quot; special. I explained that I needed the house cleaned before the end of the month. She was able to send a young lady by the name of Anne out to do the cleaning TWO days later. Talk about accommodating! My house was considered outside of their normal service area but for a small $10 travel fee, she completed the job. I was very pleased with the results of Anne's hard work! She turned our house from dusty to delightful! It was so helpful to not have to worry about getting the house ready for the new tenants because now they can move right in! Thank you Maid Spot!!
Description of Work: Cleaned the entire house after we moved out.

The bathroom tubs were not cleaned, the trash was not taken out and they would not clean any thing below the furniture. Even if few dishes were present in the sink they would not clean the sink, The microwave inside was not cleaned. Overall the cleaning quality was poor and I shall never utilize them again.

Response from Maid Spot
It is the policy of Maid Spot to not do dishes. All customers are informed on their initial contact with the office to leave the sink empty so that we may sanitize and scour the sink. In fact, the customer informed the office she was also paying someone (outside of our company) to come to her home and just do dishes and laundry for her. The one time the trash was not taken out was because live maggots were in the trash can and when the crew reported that to the office, management instructed the crew member they did not have to touch that. [Member name removed] was cleaned 5 times, 3 of which were inspected by management and found to pass our high standards. On at least one occasion [Member name removed]asked not to have the kitchen cleaned and also to not have the master tub cleaned. Email correspondence also shows where [Member name removed] was asked via email in addition to every time we confirmed a cleaning "is there anything we can do even better than the last time we were out" (a total of six times via phone and/or email) and never did she respond with anything. Notes in her file also show she changed the date/time of her cleaning frequently resulting in scheduling conflicts that we attempted to resolve to the best of our ability on last minute notice. Notes in her file also specify that she changed her cleaning plan (what we were cleaning) frequently while the crew were in the house cleaning already. It is unfortunate that [Member name removed] did not take advantage of our frequent communications via inspections in her home, email and phone. We take pride in offering a deep cleaning on a consistent basis while staying flexible to meet our customers specific cleaning and scheduling needs.

Monica is my housekeeper and she does a great job, always on time and very good with pets. They also always call the day before as a reminder and very flexible if you need to change a date.
