If the receptionist is rude and uninterested in helping get their own company business, I can only imagine the workers doing the actual job would have just as poor of attitude. No thank you. I'll find a company that cares about customers and is wanting the business. Times may be good now, but what happens when your begging for work. You won't get my business, that's for sure.

It didn't.... I decided to go with someone else (British Masonand quot; who was very responsive and is doing a FANTASTIC job) I'm sure these guys do fantastic work, but I take it as a sign if they never respond back after repeated attempts. What actually p***** me off is that I was able to get a hold of a very nice lady there several times and she did tell them that I was waiting for an estimate. To not get kind of response is not professional and is just down right RUDE

We were extremely pleased with M and E Masonry and Sons. They were very professional, clean, and pretty much everything about them. We would definitely use them in the future.

It was a bit difficult getting a hold of the owner to schedule the work but once we agreed on a price and date, he and his two sons were very punctual and easy to work with. The price was reasonable and the quality was good. The work took two days: The first was to pour the footer and allow to harden. The wall was built on the second visit a few days later. Payment arrangements were not demanding. I am very happy with the process and result. This mason usually does larger jobs so this was easy for him. I am glad he did not think that the work was not worth his time.

David and his crew were great to work with. Very reasonable and David went out of his way to be accommodating. The house was built in the '60s, so we weren't sure if we could find block that matched. David did a great job matching the existing block, reusing what he could, and integrating it all together into the existing wall. At the last minute I added the additional fill-in under the smaller window replacement, and he did it with no complaints or extra charge. After they had completed this job (only took a few hours), I called them back and asked to have the concrete steps removed. Did a great job with that also. Cleaned up great after they were finished (a huge plus in my book!) I Would use them again in a heartbeat.
