Description of Work: This is one of many cleaning services I have tried in the past couple months and they were far the best cleaners I've ever hired.

Description of Work: i purchased a Groupon, thinking I would see how the service was and if I was satisfied make her my regular service. It took 8 calls (voice mail messages never returned) to get through, and the owner stated she didn't want to schedule since "Groupon hasn't been paying me," and preferred cash. I don't know any business that expects payment before services are provided, but this woman complained that it cost her money for gas, supplies, etc. she finally reluctantly agreed to schedule for 9:00 and no showed.

Description of Work: I prepaid for two hours cleaning for my sons home (all furniture was out)the two girls showed up 30 minutes late, they called first and said they said they would be a few minutes late. They did not wash kitchen floor or the bathroom floor, clean off the bathroom counter, they did clean toilet. They did not dust or sweep. after 10 minutes of telephone calls and complaints they started to clean, the did clean stove top and toilet. My son left and came back twenty minutes later and they were gone. Not only were they gone but they took at four month old standing shelf unit from the bathroom. First they said the movers took it then they back tracked and said they threw it out and someone else stole it not them. When the owner was contacted she promised to come back today and clean, but two hours later no show. She does not answer her phone nor texts. Many messages have been left to no avail. I defininalty messages would not use this company again.

Description of Work: I called her and about a coupon I saw for $49 for 3 hours of cleaning.
