+ -1 moreVery well. They listened and re-did a couple places where there was a fit problem. They ran out of transition as a result but came back and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time after ordering more at no expense to me.

Description of Work: Our experience was with Lowe's at 9525 Regency Square Blvd N. |Hands down the best customer service that we could have experienced. Eddie and Roger at the Regency store were supurb. We were called four days in advance to ensure we understood exactly what would happen and what we were expected to do. Installers were on-time, the wood floor was done professionally and the team cleaned-up everything before they left. They secured our permission before they left! They went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Roger even gave me the putty and paint brush to finish up the quarter round because I misunderstood that they would not paint those.

They were very cooperative and friendly. I have always liked dealing with them. She was having problems with her computer and she was persistent in getting the information I needed. I would say to check them out. They have good quality, prices, and their service has been great for us.

Description of Work: Saleman in store very helpful and patient. Notifications extremely timely...installers called within minutes of purchase to establish contact. Were straight forward and responsive in tracking manufacturers delivery to installers. Arrived on time for a full house replacement and proceeded about old carpet removal and new carpet installation. Leader was very experienced and knowledgable and didn't mind taking time to answer our many questions. The team functioned well together and completed task in about 6-1/2 hours. Left large pieces for our use. Would recommend Loew's and would use them again.

+ 0 moreThey didn't finish up the job. It was a small thing but their vacuum broke and they didn't finish vacuuming the carpet. It should have been vacuumed heavily after it was installed. Their vacuum broke and they left it that way for me and it was a mess. I used my vacuum and it kept messing it up. I didn't call them back but I won't use them again.

+ -1 moreWork was done very cleanly and professionally. Carpet was of quality as purchased (ie. could have spent more to get better, but what was installed was as expected). Nice crew. Salesman at store was especially knowledgeable and helpful.
Description of Work: Carpet spec'd, order for delivery, and installed by their installation team. Area covered was 1 room plus hall and closets.

+ 0 moreOkay was about all I can say. Installer was very friendly and prompt. Lowe's service wasn't the best and the rebate situation was infuriating.
Description of Work: I purchased a replacement dishwasher. First salesman I spoke to was not very helpful on phone. Salesman I had at store was very nice and helpful. All their computer sales foul ups were irritating. Installer called and was prompt. However, they knew what they were replacing and yet I ended up buying the hose from the installer. Had to chip away at my tile to get it in, yet they had all the measurements. Went in finally. All my rebates were screwed up. Still isn't straightened out.

+ 0 moreLowes came out with the wrong flooring and tried to tell me that was what I ordered. I went to another Lowes and finally got through to them, since I even had a sample. The installers were awful. They spilled their lunch on the new floor and didn't even clean it up.
Description of Work: We purchased laminate flooring for six rooms in my home. Lowes then arranged for the installation.
