+ 0 moreI had a small job (5 pieces of granite totaling 13 SF and using a remnant piece). However, I had also indicated I would use this company for the shower glass enclosure fabrication and install (same project) once the granite (seat, thresholds and trim work) were installed, thus making the overall project worth their time and effort. All told the two projects would have been about $3000. This was a personal project but I am a local registered architect with many contacts and I have no hesitation about spreading the word when work I have done is done well, or conversely, when it is this disappointing! I will not consider using this company at any time in the future. Over the four weeks, I had to call repeatedly and seldom got a return call?.had to keep calling till someone picked up. I knew it was a small job?.but, if (LSC) did not want to do it?..Don?t waste my time! Just say NO!
Description of Work: Nov 8 was my initial contact. I had the work to be done measured by Nov 11 and selected stone for the project by Nov 13. I understood with the Thanksgiving holiday, my project would not be installed immediately. My install appointment was made (after repeated phone calls chasing down a date) for 6 Dec. The day of, I called four times between 9am and noon (for an "after 1pm" appt confirmation). At noon I went to the stone yard. One of the fabricators contacted the person I had been dealing with and this was how I learned that 1) my appointment was off and 2) no work had been done at all on my project. I cancelled the project immediately.
