Spoke to June. She was very knowledgeable about bed bugs. Provided some resources to find more information about bed bugs. I'm not sure if I will need the service yet. Will need to determine if this is a bed bug problem first.

Did not obtain service ONLY because we determined we did not need it. They did not pressure us and were informative.

They did an outstanding job. They were able to get rid of the bed bugs and gave me a great price!

2 different service dates and had 2 different service men. Both very attentive to my problem and listened and then did as I asked. I was supposed to have the second treatment 7 to 10 days after the first one. Due to my schedule I had them return on day 11. By day 9 we had the fleas showing back up but it was the weekend and they were scheduled to return on Monday. So far it has been 7 days since the last treatment and the fleas seem to be gone.

Well, I actually saw rats jumping on my roof and then could hear them in the wall. The man put out bait in boxes he purchased that day and charged me additionally for them. He also put sticky traps in the attic and basement. After 3 days I could still hear the rats so I put traps in the rain gutter where I saw them jumping up to and caught 4 myself. None of his traps caught anything, but not sure if the bait killed any. The guy was very likeable, but he really didn't do any good. Also, the vent repair on the roof where they were getting in was not part of their service.

I think they are honest and would do a very good job if they do all they say they would normally do for my type of problem. I just felt my pest problem probably wasn't at the severity that would have me to do so much work on my own to prepare and it was one of the higher prices between the different estimates.

Lindsey Pest Services are punctual, they seem to be very informative on what they're going to do, explained why, how it works with fleas, and kept us in the loop on what needed to get done to have them back. They are very dependable and offer a very good price.

I have used them for seventeen years. They come out each month. They are awesome. They are very responsive.

I have no complaints about them it is just that I am looking for natural product. I am looking for companies that are greener and don’t use the chemicals. I am looking for something that is safer. If they use something that they can bury in the ground and that is one way of dealing with it but it costs a bit more and I don’t know if I paid $200 or $100 a year. The other thing that they do is considerably more as twice as much. All my neighbors here have had them. They were responsive. We contacted them and they came when they were supposed to come.

Everything is just fine. Lindsey Pest Services did a good investigation and then installed the system. They are pleasant people to have around, and it's been that way every month.

The inspection from Lindsey Pest Services was very thorough. He opened the gate underneath the deck to spray underneath it, but never closed it. Overall he did a good job and the bugs seem to be minimal.
