Excellent in every way. Responsive with quote. Anna, the receptionist, was pleasant to deal with. Both Chris Lettow and his assistant Paul were punctual. They were both pleasant and worked until the job was completed. While the space where the hot water tank was placed was very cramped (an old boiler room) they never once complained. Complete cleanup after finished. Lettow has become my plumber of choice.

Lettow plumbing are very professional and courteous. Chris and John installed today. Very pleased with the service and will be recommending this company.

All went fine.I had 2 estimates and not only was his price better he took better care of my plants and did not dig up my sidewalk like the other company wanted to.Also went under my flowers and did not harm any of them. Just a little grass was disturbed.

difficult repair, little space

First of all, Chris was eager to work starting with his timely and thorough estimate. During the course of the project, there were no hidden up charges or surprise fees. Ex. He installed a new lock on the door at no charge. Always polite, punctual and tidy. Very respectful of our home. You can absolutely trust him in your home!!! This was a sizable and fairly complicated job. There was never any stress or problems the entire time.

The owner is the one who came and he did an excellent job. Was very professional - polite and explained in detail what was going on and what would be the best solution. Had to chip out tile to get to the foundation and when he was done with pipes, he did a great job cleaning up the area, (which was a treat - cause so many companies leave a mess). We feel the price was excellent for the job and you can't put a price on great service! We will use them in the future and recommend him to others. Thankful there are still some good companies out there. Hard to find them these days.

First, they showed up when they said they would. There were two of them. Second, they did not bother me with idle conversation, nor did they try to sell me any other services. They came and did what I hired them to do. They honored their verbal estimate. I had had my home replumbed several years ago and had problems with loose bathtub spout and pipe vibrations in the wall in this bathroom ever since. I was very pleased in that these plumbers fixed the loose tub faucet problem and I haven't heard pipe vibrations since. The panel they placed in the closet behind the shower wall was proper and access was explained to me before they left. They tested the shower and sink faucet in my presence before they left. Then, they left, again without bothering me with idle conversation or trying to sell me another project. Okay, well a parting note was given that they do install water softeners but it was on the way out and no hard sell; I don't mind a short 5 minute chat but some folks have kept me standing in the foyer 15 minutes and more. In general I appreciated their promptness, work, and attitude. I wish all home repair jobs could be like this.
