+ -1 moreI remodeled my kitchen and needed everything cleared out so there was room for the new items to acclimate. Leonard came with one other helper. They were on time and had very positive attitudes, quite fun fellows. They emptied my very small great room in about two hours. They left one of my antique pieces wrapped in one of his moving blankets in my storage unit. I then had him move my antique island from the cabinet makers to my home when it was finished being altered. Finally, I had him move all the furniture back to my home when the kitchen was finished. Every time he came he was on time, pleasant and fast. It was more money than I had budgeted but I am very pleased with the job he did. My cabinet maker is now going to use him to move large items. Leonard is great!

Description of Work: They moved our 3 bedroom household goods in Jacksonville. While they were punctual and successfully moved the furniture from one house to the next, the quality of service and price was poor. We incurred damage to some of our items as well as two or three minor dents/scratches on the walls in our new house. I agree these are minor, but they could have been avoided with a little more attention/focus. In addition, as we've settled into our house we have found items that were not put together properly (like a bed frame with screws missing and a sliding door that was put in backwards for a book case). Lastly, their final price charged was twice what they estimated. If I knew their price would be so much, I would have gone with a national mover who would have been more professional and careful. I enjoy supporting locally owned business, but not at the expense of quality, service and price.
