They arrived early, worked efficiently and effectively, and completed in much less time than I had expected. After what appears to be expert installation, they left the windows – and the work areas – spotless.

+ -1 moreAfter being told to bring in my glass at any time and they would cut my glass as I waited, I brought in a matching piece of glass to make it easier on them to measure . I drove over 10 miles and 25 minutes to their store and was then told to leave my matching glass because they wouldn't be able to cut the new glass until the early afternoon. I drove back home and returned at about 3:30 only to be told that it wouldn't be ready until 4:45. I made the third round trip before I was able to pick up my glass. Needless to say, using them was a TOTAL waste of my time. Even when requested, they offered neither a discount nor an apology for my inconvenience. They never called to update me on the status which would have prevened me from making so many unnecessary trips. If my wife didn't need the glass cut that day, I would have definitely left Lee and Cates and gone to another glass dealer.
Description of Work: I had glass cut to fit coffee table inlay.

replacement windows
+ -1 moreVery poor. Representative was not aware of the products sold by his company and never followed-up as promised.
Description of Work: Called for an appointment to get an estimate to replace all the windows in the house. I specifically said I was interested in impact-resistant (hurricane-proof) windows I had seen on the Lee & Cate's website. The representative arrived a few minutes before I did on the scheduled day and had already took a quick look at the existing windows. He said he was not sure why I would want to replace the glass in the existing windows with impact resistant glass. I said of course I wasn't interested in doing that but I was interested in the impact-resistant windows I had seen on his company's website. He had no knowledge of the product and was not aware the company sold such a product. He said he would go back, look into it, and get back to me. He showed no interest in measuring the windows to have the information for future reference. It's been 2 weeks and I have yet to hear from anyone at Lee & Cate's.
