Never been happier - Chris is very involved and responsive when I ask for specific things to be addressed. They know what they are doing and how to help in any situation. I am the neighbor Stewart A is referring to in a previous review. Ignore him, he is one of the most unreasonable and unpleasant neighbors anyone could have. Chris and team are great!

Chris performs work on my neighbor's yard. After mowing he blows all the debris on to other neighbor's yards, Including mine, and onto the street. One time our cars were covered with dust. He is not pleasant when asked not to do so, and apparently ignores our request. I watch him every week.

Great; used Lawns by Chris for years and recommended him to neighbors who now use his services.

I had a wonderful lawn man, but when I sold the house, of course, I had to stop service. They're excellent; A's on all of it. His price was $200 a month and he came out once a week during the month to work on the lawn and then in between when he needed to spruce up other things. They're excellent service. $200 was worth it.

I would let my lawn go to seed and die before I called these people

Chris' crew does a very fast, thorough and professional job, and they've never missed a day. I have a very large yard, front and back, since I'm on a corner lot. They arrive, divide and conquer, and usually finish up within 10-15 minutes. Before I realize it, they're gone, and my yard doesn't just look mowed and trimmed--it looks manicured. I have them take care of my mom's lawn just a couple of miles away, and her lawn gets the same professional treatment.

Chris and his crew have been doing my lawn now for over 2 years. Very happy with my service. Quick and efficient.

I found him on Angie's List. He comes every week, except in the winter when he comes every other week. The only time he doesn't come is when he has to take his wife for treatment, because his wife has cancer. He has, like, several crews but he doesn't come every week. He makes sure he comes often because he is the type of person that likes to know that his customers are happy. He looks at the properties and if he doesn't come one week he makes sure he comes the next week to make sure that everything is being done. He doesn't let too much time go buy without checking because when the cat's away the mice are going to play. He is that kind of a person who, even though he trusts his employees he is still on there. If he is not on the crew he makes sure that his son or, like, another family member is there to be his eyes and ears, because it is, like, a family business. They are very good, clean and responsible. The only thing is they used to break a lot of my sprinklers. They haven't broken any for a while. Other than that it is good. Everybody always comments about how beautiful my lawn looks. In haven't gotten any more love notes from the homeowner's association. That works for me.

The work was amazing! We hired Lawns By Chris to "clean up" the back yard (trim some plants, clean up mountains of leaves the previous guy kept blowing behind the garage, lay pine needles, get everything back into shape). They even surprised me by planting some flowers (it made my day). The house had never looked so great! After that, we hired the company to provide lawn service every month for a flat rate of $120 and they stop by every week to check on the entire house to make sure it looks perfect. We used to pay $50/month to the original lawn man, and $70/month to the second lawn man... $120 seemed like a lot since we have mostly pavers and not a lot of grass... but "you get what you pay for..." and they have always closed the gates carefully and have amazing attention to detail (I have not had to trim the crepe myrtles or cut the thorny brown leaves off the small palms since they started). I cannot say enough great things about this company and the employees. They have been providing our lawn service for over a year now and they are top notch. We are about to hire them again to lay more pine needles and plant new plants/flowers.

Chris phoned right back was able to come to my house for consultation and completed the job all on the same day.

I found him on Angie's List. Their price is the reason why I gave them a B. When the owner does it, he's an A. He hired some other kids. They do an okay job but it's not the same as him. I wish they would have a better price.

We were in a bind to get our lawn cut (single cut only) very last minute and no entrepreneurial kids are in the neighborhood... so I went to Angie's List. I called Lawns by Chris because of their A rating and received a prompt return call within 15 minutes. Chris did not service my area but his son Andy from Lawns by Chris 2 was able to come out the same day. Not only was his price fair for my 1/4 acre lawn, he did little extras like skimming the pool and a little weeding. Very professional, considerate and friendly -would definitely recommend Lawns by Chris.

I have used this company one year and still very happy and have gotten a number of " thumbs up" regarding my yard. Honesty and fair price is all I ask and Chris delivers on both.

Chris has been taking care of my lawn for over a year and I am very satisfied with the quality of service provided. He is always accommodating, congenial, professional, honest and punctual. I have used other lawn services but I have always had issues with all of them until I met Chris. I find his prices a bit expensive but worth the cost because I never have to worry about anything. Since Chris started caring for my lawn, I have not received a single letter from the homeowners association. And that's saying a lot since they are infamous for sending little "love notes" to EVERYONE!!!!

Chris stopped by the first time with one assistant and mowed a quarter-acre lot, edged and trimmed, trimmed hedges, laid down mulch and pine straw in a large bed, and cleaned up spotlessly. All this in about 40 minutes. He came back today for the first regular bi-weekly lawn care and it seems like he came and went like the wind, and the lawn was flawless again. I've already referred him to another neighbor--I'll be working with Chris and his crew for a long time. Very impressed with the work, the punctuality, efficiency and price.

Chris and his crew did a great job my yard has not looked any better. I have used lawns by Chris for nine months and is very pleased. Very professional on time with no time wasted.

We started off on a wrong note because I had restoration people coming in and out of the house. I was also sick when he first came to do it. The first time he came, he did a clean up. Everything was not touched on and I let him know it. I told his father because it was his father who referred him. His father talked to him and he promptly called me with an apology. He asked me if he could come back again and redo the work. He did an excellent job. He went ahead and worked on my overgrown yard. He actually waited on me to pay him. He is a very nice, well mannered man. He stands by his word. He was very professional. If he feels like he has done anything wrong, he will correct it and has no problem about it. He asks what you need him to do before he did the work. The yard looked really nice when he was done.

Very responsive. Chris was quick to come by and provide a reasonable quote and then really saved the day!! My other lawn service just stopped coming (very bad business ethic) and our grass was getting high and unsightly. Chris wasted no time in getting us back on track and saved us from being at the top of the HOAs list.

I had been landscaping my yard for 35 years but the time has come to turn over this to a professional. The list of providers are long and i did have poor result from one lawn service in 2014. I contacted Chris by the reviews i saw on Angie List and that he had 30 years in the business. I met with Chris and discussed what needed to be done and based on that meeting hired his service . Chris and his team came on Thursday February 19,2015 and was well prepared to do the job and even hauled off the clippings and yard waste. The work i believe was very professional and he was very helpful to my wife in what should be done. The provider used pine straw mulch in all beds which although at first i was concerned since i haven't use this before but after the application i was pleased besides the good reviews from some webs sites i have used. The provide called back to see if i was happy with the service which i found to be great since it shows he concerned about doing the job right. Based on this experience i have hired Chris for my lawn service which will allow me to do other things which my wife has planned for me to do. I believe the hiring a landscaper who has been in service for many years and good reviews from members is very important in these days. In closing i hope that things will go well in maintaining my yard in the coming year.

He's always on time, and his price has stayed the same. He does a good job, he's reliable, and very friendly.

, Above and beyond regular weekly service, Chris has mulched, devised and planted landscaping in front yard sodded other areas.

They continually mow, trim, clean up, mulch, watch for problems and do everything related to the appearance and health of my entire yard. They provide this service weekly for the entire year. The service is exceptional, and I'm comparing it to five or six other lawn service companies used in the past.
