LAWN BUTLER & LANDSCAPING INC

I am not a customer of this company, I am the neighbor of one of their customers. This is my second complaint about this very same incident. A month or so ago the Lawn Butler came out and serviced my neighbor's yard and they apparently decided it was okay to knock down a corner fence cap and leave it laying on the ground. Their people didn't have the decency in giving me any kind of notice about what they did, no admittance of any wrong-doing and no kind of note left on my door apologizing. They didn't even attempt to at least pick up the damaged piece of fence. Absolutely nothing but complete disrespect for my property. I called the manager and was told his people are usually pretty good about informing him of any incident such as this and he still gave no apology on behalf of his people. I was also told that he would come by and assess the damage. Did that happen? I can't say for sure, but most likely not. If he did, he probably just drove by and glanced at the site. I was not going to wait around for him all day to come by, especially knowing that I am not customer, I know my complaint was taken lightly and likely not even given any consideration to appropriately address. I've since had the piece of fence put back up only to have it AGAIN hit and broken this time. The piece is still up but there is obvious damage. I will be contacting this company again to complain and I expect more professionalism and respect on the manager's part. Again, being that I'm not a customer, I shouldn't have any hope of that. Lawn Butler, HAVE SOME RESPECT FOR OTHER PEOPLE'S PROPERTY!!!

Roy and Suzzie were great to work with, and they were always very responsive with any concerns that we had. Their prices were more than fair and they did a great job with our lawn and shrubs. I highly recommend The Lawn Butler.

He is quick and flexible. He does a great job and is inexpensive. If there is a week that we don't need him, there is no problem with that.
