Lasting Exteriors Inc

We tried to use the company again. They are now out of business. He said the economy forced him out.

I contacted Lasting Exteriors on 10 August 2010 and requested an estimate for painting the exterior of my home. The company agreed to come on 13 August to provide an estimate. During the initial phone call, I was asked if I was married - I found this a little odd. When I asked why they needed that information, the company explained that both husband and wife are required to be there to make the decision. I asked if this was going to be a high pressure sales presentation, the company said no. The company representative arrived on time, and I met him in the drive. I told him what I wanted and then he asked if I wanted to see his portfolio and business credentials. I explained, I wanted him to look at the scope of work that was needed, then explain to me what the company would do and then provide me with an estimate. The company representative would not do this and said "we are not the right company for you" and he left. No estimate, no apology, nothing but a waste of my time.

I would not use this company for anything.

The person arrived at my house to give an estimate but would not because my wife wasn't there. On his way out made a smart remark.

Overall, it was a great job. They did a good job quoting what I was looking for. They got the job done quickly and did everything they said they were going to. There were no hassles and they did an awesome job.

Lasting Exteriors did a very good job with my home. They went the extra mile to make sure that my wife and I were happy! The husband and wife crew that did the work did good Quality work and went above and beyond the contract, fixing thing that they did not have to fix and even hung new replacement shutters at no extra cost! Bob Yertzell was an Expediter and he made sure everything ran smoothly and answered any questions my wife and I had. Our home looks like its new again and our neighbors compliment how beautiful our home looks!

Lasting Exteriors gave an estimate and the estimate was exactly what the final cost was. The job took about 2-3 days and they were friendly and did a good job. They cleaned up afterwards and I had no problems with them.
