I had them take down popcorn ceiling and put up knock down. I have called over 20 times for them to come fix the ceiling from where it is coming down and breaking off on the tape lines in the garage there's one excuse after another and they never call you back I have even lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they have yet except for too acknowledge that they are going to fix it when they hire a qualified person to do the job but yet are still advertising that they do this kind of work and are excepting bids for it. If I would have done my due diligence I would have already noticed that they were already graded F by the Better Business Bureau.
Description of Work: I had them take down popcorn ceiling and put up knock down. Please note that this business is located in Neptune Beach Florida I do not know if they are affiliated with the one company that ZIP Code is 32216

Still waiting for them to correct this fisaso. Finally the 3rd plumber and work is in progress.
Description of Work: I was having my bathrooms resurfaced and the company used this plumbing company to replace the bathroom fixtures, well the first plumber left a huge hole in the tie, which required a second plumber to come fix that mess. The second plumber fixed the tile but place the hot/cold handles upside down, and the water once on will not turn off. Causing us to turn the water off to the whole house.. They advertise 24 hour service, I called the answering service for 3 solid hours and not once did they return my call. So needless to say you know what I say to their 24 hr service. DO NOT EVER USE THESE PLUMBING COMPANY!!!!!!!. I would never of used them if I was picking my own. I wish there was a grade lower then F to assign to this company.

The company is the worst I have ever seen. I ended up calling Professional Regulations up in Tallahassee and they got involved. They called the qualifier of Larry Teague and he helped some but no resolution. Later, I did get some resolution which I cannot talk about because that was a clause in the settlement. So anyway, the plumber came out today to fix the drain (warranty work) and found a problem with the tile on the floor of the shower. He called his plumbing company and he said he heard the owner in the background and then they hung up on him. I tried to call several times with no one answering the phone. So it looks like I need to call back to the lawyer and call Professional Regulations. I am probably going to end up trying to close this company down. This company has been treating customers bad for years. I have been a resident of Jacksonville for over 50 years. I ran for Mayor of Jacksonville at one time. Please DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE BAD NEWS.
Description of Work: I hired Larry Teague & Sons Plumbing at the beginning of July 2012. I did not realize the company was not owned by Mr. Teague. It is owned by Louis Stuart who is very unethical with his business tactics. I hired the company to install a new shower. I knew things were getting bad when the tile guy did not show up the first day. The second day, no tile guy again. The no-show tile guy hired a sub sub contractor to demo my old shower. They broke my pipe and caused some damages to the exterior of my house (a hole to the exterior of my house.) As the weeks progressed, wither a sub-contractor would not show up or come in late. Usually a phone call was never made to let me know of the tile guys tardiness. Sometomes he was late several hours. It took almost a month for this shower to be completed when it should have taken 1 week to complete this shower. I file my first BBB complaint against this company. After the shower was completed, I noticed the damage to the outside of my house. I reported it to the owner, Louis Stuart. First the owner has a problem of returning phone calls. Eventually, I did make contact and he said he would send an employee out to the house to look at the damages. Stephen, a supervisor, said that it looked like they did the damages. After Stephen left, I had no sucess in contacting the owner. I was trying to set up a date to fix the damages. I filed another BBB complaint. While I was on vacation, the owner left a disturbing message on my answering machine stating that we have a problem and he will be calling my superiors at my place of work. He stated in an e-mail that it had to do something with my conduct with one of his employees. I found out later that he asked Stephen to be the so called victim of my alleged mis-conduct and Stephen told him no. Then the owner told him that he will find another victim. This is unbelievable. This is amazing that this person (owner) would stoop to this. On 8-18-12, I talked to Stephen the supervisor, and I told him that the drain was not draining the water. This was the first time I used the shower. Stephen said he would send someone out. Later Stephen called me and said the owner will not let anyone come out to the house. I ended up calling another plumber to fix the drain.

We had the galvanized plumbing in our home replaced. The estimate was fair, but I was not aware that it did not include the section of plumbing from the house to our well. The workers were respectful, and fairly professional, but they were not at all supported by the administration. To begin with, they found they needed a special drill bit to get through or bathroom floors. They called their boss early in the day, but the part did not come until that afternoon. Because they had turned off the water, they had to work through until they could turn it back on, which was around 8:00 PM. Then one of the new fittings in the kitchen broke, getting water everywhere, and they had to stay to repair it. They did not leave until nearly 10 PM. While I admire their dedication, I had to cancel my evening plans. The next day they brought a low-boy water heater that obviously would not fit into the existing location. After trying to force it into the spot, they finally called the office and asked for a tall-boy mid-morning. The item did not get here until late in the afternoon, and the existing wiring did not fit. Thankfully, I have a great electrician who responded within the hour, but they were still here well after 6 PM. The workers were obviously frustrated with the administration. The whole first day, their boss would call and push them to hurry to get the job done in one day. After two very long days, we still ended up replacing one faucet on our own (admittedly one of the workers offered to come out on his own time to fix it, but by this time we just wanted them out of our home).
Description of Work: We had the existing galvanized plumbing in our 2 bathroom home replaced, and a new bathroom sink/vanity installed.

The workers were sloppy and seemed mostly interested in finishing and getting home on time. They cut through a wall from one side to another by acccident. Their sealing of the bathtub fixturse was a jury-rig at best. These fixtures have come loose just recently. The patching of the walls was crude and sloppy. They closed up all the work BEFORE they performed a pressure test so it would be impossible to know if there were any leaks. The owner, a Mr. Larry Stuart was able to talk to me more than once a day before work began, but was inextricably too busy to talk to me after I had payed and wanted to tell him of my concerns. He never returned my calls or would speak with me. The office lady kept trying to have me talk to the very workers I wanted to complain about. All in all a sad performance and Iam sorry I went with them.

They were very fast and professional, and I have had no problems with them. I got 3 bids and theirs was the best. They are a pretty big company. They are also gave me an estimate on my bathroom at my primary residence and were very punctual in planning the estimate.
Description of Work: We used Larry Teague And Sons and they did the re-plumbing of our rental house last year.
