Horrible. One of the most horrible situations I have been in for a purchase. I purchased zoysia sod and the tear up and replace plan they offered. They initially told me I would be done that week of purchase. Needless to say, they didn't show up for three weeks. (Even after constant badgering) When they did, they tore up part of my lawn and did not complete it. At the same time they cut thru some underground cabling feeding into my home. They then disappeared. When I called, I was consistently lied too, and told I would be finished that week. They never showed up. I called to request my money back for work not performed and sod not delivered. I was told I would not get a refund. Needless to say I had to get the police involved, and am now headed to small claims court with a torn up lawn, and no sod.

They came in and dug up our whole yard and said sod would be done in a week. This went on for 2 weeks back and forth. They kept promising they would be there on Saturday. My wife and I both talked to the owner. We were basically left with the yard being full of dirt. The estimate was $199 per pallet and that included the labor. They never, never did show up. They never did charge us for the sod that they pulled up but they left the yard a complete mess. Our homeowners association was having a fit that we had a dirty yard. They were supposed to be there one day before when they pulled up te sod. We didn't have a problem wit the guys removing the sod but they never completed it. We would never hire them again.
