At the beginning of shopping for windows, I had different companies come to do a free estimate on all 16 windows at my house. Toby, one of the owner’s was so nice and had family values. He wasn’t just showing me windows to sell but he was explaining the design of the windows as he went through everything. He was the only company of out six that didn’t bash his competitors. He was on time and made himself right at home. During the process of my windows being manufactured, he stayed in contact with me from beginning to the end. After the windows were installed Toby and his partner Keith called to make sure the crew were treating me right and answering any question if I had any. Which they did. I would love to give this company all around the board 100% + in customer service, smiles, polite, answering questions, cleaning up behind themselves. When it was finished, they came to get me and walk with me window by window inside and outside. Please, give this company a contact at any time for services. They also do doors. My house was built in 1986 and still look amazing but with the new style windows in, OH MY GOD, everyone on the block I live on was stopping by! Please contact them! Quentin is an excellent salesman. No pressure, which we liked. He gave us time to decide on the windows. Updated us on the process, which was excellent. The installation crew was very good and cleaned everything up. Very meticulous installation crew. Would absolutely recommend.

I live 1500 miles away from New Smyrna Beach but I try to help my mother-in-law manage her small and large home needs. Because of concerns about hurricanes in her area along with the age of her home, I started to explore the possibility of replacing her windows with impact resistant windows. Trying to assess the need, find reputable businesses, choosing the correct windows and negotiating a good price is, obviously, difficult at a distance. Given my overall experience with top rated companies on Anglie’s List, I started the hunt and I found a few companies that looked good so I called them for estimates. One of those companies was Koehler, whose reputation was stellar. I left a message and within five minutes John returned my call. We had a very good first conversation and he immediately told me that my mother-in-law’s house was not in a designated impact zone which made it very possible that she wouldn’t need impact glass. We further discussed that since her windows had survived multiple hurricanes without damage, that also weighed in against the need for impact resistance. That said, we did decide that it made sense for him to take a look and give an estimate since, at the least, the windows were getting old. We set up an appointment for a few days later. After he went to the house he called me and told me that, frankly, the windows were in good shape. There was no obvious condensation or damage. He told me that he didn’t really feel changing them was necessary! How often does that happen? I’m at a great distance, ready to authorize an expensive project and a person who makes his living selling windows tells me they’re not necessary. It’s refreshing, even shocking, to find someone, to find a company, with this kind of integrity. And, I might add, John was a pleasure to deal with. So while we ended up not doing the work I can whole heartedly recommend John and Koehler.

Our experience with Atlantic went perfect. 22 windows and 1 patio door later and I'm so thrilled! The company cares so much about the little details! Would definitely recommend this company over others.

My house was built in 1900, a historic home. I interviewed many contractors and was not convinced that they would replace the windows and keep the charm and integrity of this beautiful house. I met with Atlantic Window Pros and knew they were perfect for the job . Crew was very professional and courteous. Kept work area clean daily. Dealing with one person from estimate through install is a bonus.
