Richard Mcdill was my real estate agent for my recent new construction home purchase in JAX Beach. From the very first home he showed me, it was evident that this organization was supportive and not pushy in helping families find homes in JAX Beach. He was very proactive in sending me new listings and due to his level of knowledge on the local area we were able to find the perfect home. During the closing process he and Ms. Deanne Wheeler were in constant communication with me in order to ensure the process was as painless as possible. This was my first home purchase and it could not have been a better experience. The Edge Group at Keller Williams is obviously led and managed in a very positive and productive way. We weren't happy with her at all because she knew the owner and we didn't feel like she was totally genuine with us. First of all she doesn't listen. When you're talking to her and trying to get across your feelings and what your looking for, she's so busy trying to sell you. That's not a good quality in a realtor. I feel in some ways she inconvenienced us and we were so nice to say no. Like the day we closed, we were exhausted from a trip of 19 hours and she wanted to be back at the house which we didn't have to do just so she could give us a gift. It was nice but we were just beat and it was kind of unnecessary. Another thing is that we ended up doing the closing twice and when we got in there to do the closing, the seller hadn't completed his paperwork and they weren't sure if they were going to give us the key that day or not. There was one year warranty given to us because we bought the house and she never changed the name over to us because the buyer who was going to buy it originally had backed out at the last minute, so the warranty was in his name. We are still trying to get the warranty in our name.
