The crew took a cell phone that didn't belong to them off of my property and then lied about it.

It was an excellent experience. I called this morning and they came out within hours of my call. The team of two were professional and prompt. They got the job done completely and very quickly. I would hire them again.

Constantly putting off appointment by Jason,who is supposed to be the owner of the company, not keeping appointment times and changing scheduled pickup at very moment without notice.Totally lucking in professional ethics and standard .

went OK, maybe my mistake, expected 4 cubits of stuff to be more than the drivers would take; one time purchase, unless its a rush to have stuff removed, may just wait next time to put stuff on the curb for the city to remove; overall, Junk King is responsive, completed the request as paid for;

We set a date and time. They showed up promptly in a very well kept truck that was seemingly designed to for the job at hand. It had proper signage with their company name, etc., and that professionalism extended to the two young men who were very courteous and professional. They sorted the things I had put out that morning into piles of like material to make their delivery to various dumps and recycling plants. This assured me that the varied 'junk' I was getting rid of was properly disposed of. Working with Junk King was easy and gives the confidence that one is working with a top tier company.

Jason called me the morning of our scheduled pick up and informed me that he would have a truck in the area between 10 and 11 AM. The workers showed up at 9:45 AM and gave me a breakdown of how thier service worked including what my additional out of pocket expenses might be. I pointed out what I wanted gone and the guys got to work after quoting me an additional $75. This was understandable since I definitely had more than 4 cubic yards of "junk" to get rid of. They took everything I asked them to from oversized yard debris to drywall and concrete edging. They were very repectful, polite, and efficient. The whole project took them about 30 minutes. They even checked with me after they were done to make sure they got everything I asked them to. Top notch service!
