+ 0 moreJohn was the go-to person our realtor used for all her closing repairs, so when we bought our home, John did all the work for us. When it came time to renovate the master bathroom, we trusted John from his work on the home repairs at purchase, so we got an estimate from him to redo the bath. Not only was his estimate reasonable, but we knew he'd do all the work himself, and that he was a perfectionist who would make sure it's right. (Even fixing wall irregularities that would be behind the mirrors!) He tried to both lead and let me decide when it came to the design, and it turned out so nice! Now, John has a "honey-do" list from my husband and me. :) He'll have work for years, I'm sure. :) We recommended him to some friends and he did their bathroom as well. They told me that John is now on speed-dial.
Description of Work: Master bathroom reno - tear out old floors, install new laminate flooring, add a second sink, installing plumbing and vanities, painting, etc.
