Jax Vents did a great job. They were very thorough. It's the first time I've used them. This was something that we've done before, we used to have Sears come out and I fired them because they just are terrible. They just totally lost it as far as servicing things and keeping on track with their customers as far as appointments and that sort of thing. I was not happy with them that's why I looked around and my son who has a girlfriend, her parents actually put us on to Jax Vents because they've used them. I highly recommend them and everything. I asked them to put us on their yearly schedule. I thought the pricing was very good. They were very polite and I was very pleased.

Outstanding service provider! A pre-cleaning air flow analysis was performed showing a significant degradation of air flow from the dryer vent. Inspection of the dryer vent on the roof was performed and lent buildup material was removed. The 18 foot dryer vent ducting was cleaned with a rotary brush and then vacuumed. The dryer was re-connected was reinstalled. The air flow was over twice as high when the maintenance was completed.

From calling to make the appointment until the work was done everyone I spoke to or worked with at JaxVents were courteous and professional. The men arrived an hour early after courtesy call to see if the time chance was acceptable. They did their work quickly and professionally, answered all my questions and were the most professional and polite workers I've ever encountered. I would definitely recommend JaxVents and plan to use them for annual maintenance.

Provider was very easy to work with. Very professional. He went above and beyond and explained everything he was doing. My vent needed some *extra* attention and he had no problem with it. I will be using Jax Vents for chimney sweep service also.

First class in every way. On-time, courteous, professional, explained process. Cleaned vents in laundry room and also climbed up on roof to clean from outlet vent down. Job done in 45 min. Achieved six-fold increase in air flow! Demonstrated the measurement method before and after. We signed up for annual program. Service doesn't get any better than that provided by Greg Williams.

Everything went well; couldn't believe all the lint that came out of the vent leading to the roof. They did a great job, and I've already recommended them to people. Very efficient.

Greg was excellent arrived early and help install new dryer connection and clean the vents. Very reasonable and couldn't have been nicer.

Greg did a first rate job. He took the extra time needed to properly diagnose the air flow issues we were having with our dryer vent. This invloved getting up into our attic and ispecting the piping, as well as accessing a closet panel to find the old booster fan originally istalled when the house was built. He was able to address the issue quickly and get our dryer working at maximum efficiency. I would highly receommend his service.

Greg was on time for the appointment. He explained what he was going to do and why. Before starting he took an air flow measurement inside the dryer - 6.0. He removed the access panel on the front of the dryer and vacuumed out the lint. Greg disconnected the dryer duct at the wall and used a power brush to clean the dryer duct back to the dryer and the in-wall duct up to the roof. He then went onto the roof and cleaned lint from the roof cap. After finishing the cleaning another air flow measurement was taken inside the dryer - 8.7. Throughout the entire process Greg was professional, courteous, friendly and informative. The service was well worth the price.

I moved into my Condo in March & noticed that it was taking me 2 hours to dry whites, 3 to dry darks & towels. Based on this I figured I needed to have the dryer vent cleaned. The company I chose was cheaper so I went with them. Unfortunately, while dryer time was a little better I was still experiencing basically the same problems, So rather then go back to someone whose service is questionable and cheaper, I went with the service recommended by my Condominium Association. They were about $20 more but well worth it. Greg showed up on time, cleaned the line out and my towels were dry in 50 mins. Not the 3 hours they used to take. Great service, excellent professionalism and I recommend them to anyone who needs their dry vents cleaned. He is a little more expensive when it comes to single family homes because he has to go up onto the roof.
