Description of Work: Pulled my dryer out from the wall, cleaned inside and behind it. Cleaned the vent to the roof top. Discovered the cover on the roof vent had deteriorated to the point it was blocking air flow so removed it and showed me the problem. Replaced the tubing from the dryer to the wall and secured it so that it would not pull off when the dryer was moved. Left everything clean and neat.

Description of Work: I purchased a new dryer and it took forever to dry a load of clothes. I called JAX Vents to check the vent line. They were able to schedule me the next day and the took the time and explained all they were going to do in plain language. The most amazing thing they did was that they measured the air movement before cleaning and also after. It was amazing.

Description of Work: Jax Vents cleaned our dryer vent after we noticed it was taking way too long to finish a load. Thank goodness we did! | |The builders left a screen in the vent that had accumulated LOTS of lint and ultimately could have a fire. The work was done quickly and cleanly.

Description of Work: Dryer vent cleaned inside to roof vent. Dramatically improved air flow by removing built-up lint and Golden Retriever hair. Huge difference in the amount of time to dry a load of towels or whites. Prompt and very professional and polite. Would definitely use again.
