After several attempts to get two other proposals Jax's Plumbing and Septic Tank is the ONLY company who returned my call in a timely manner. I was so pleased with Mike's information I drove out to meet Mike, and find out everything he could provide me on the issue of replacing a Septic Tank and Drain field. Mike, answered all my questions and provided everything I needed to know. He wrote the Proposal that very day. His price was amazingly lower than others, including in his cost removing a fence to access the property, then putting it back in place while waiting two days for the City Inspector to come. Taking down the fence twice without additional charges. The professional workmen Brian and Nick were excellent putting in the entire system, Brian handles the equipment, while Corry places the tank and drains in perfectly. The two men on staff were exceptional in their work, I felt peacefully aware I had chosen the right company for the job. They were more professional than you can imagine having a peace during the entire install, not realized in many other maintenance jobs of a significant size. Payment made easy.
