 + -1 moreAlice the owner was very prompt to the estimate, but after receiving a down payment, the responsiveness stopped. On Friday the job was supposed to begin the contractor never showed, and I had to call to ask where they were. The job was rescheduled to begin on Monday and only the delivery of the materials and an hour or two of tear down happened. I had always to call to see where they were and what was going on. I called to let the owner know that I was not happy and she came to my house and had a shouting match with the contractor causing all my neighbors to come out of their homes. Jax Fence Depot is the MOST unprofessional operation that I have had the displeasure of using. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: I had a fence replaced, and a fence reset.

Description of Work: We spoke with this company at the 2015 spring home and patio show. Rep came out and looked/measured etc. they were supposed to provide estimate. They never did and we were unable to reach anyone or receive a call back. Ran into them at the 2015 patio show and we told them about the aforementioned and the rep remembered us, the house, property and what we wanted. He and the others assured us they would try to locate the estimate or call to do another. No estimate, no call, absolutely nothing. STAY AWAY!!!!! This all should sound alarms as an unreliable, questionable and untrustworthy company. I don't know how they afford a spot at the show. STAY AWAY from this company.
