Jasper came knocking on our door saying they can replace our roof and insurance would pay for it. Roof was installed and insurance did pay for our roof to be replaced. Problem is we have damage to our house from roof being replaced and Jasper will not fix the issue! We first dealt with the original member of the team Nate and he took pictures and said someone would call us to set up a time to fix the problems. We never heard back from him, we called again and he apologized and said someone will get back with us. Guess what we never heard a thing. Again we call back - Jasper then send out another person who says Nate is no longer with the company. Again pictures taken and we were told they get back with us for a time the work would be completed. Again no phone calls no call back. Once again we call back to follow up. Office Council - Renee rude, over talks customer and hangs up on customer when challenged with incorrect information. Information as such - Renee insists that we received a phone call saying they were not going to fix our house. When my husband stated that was untrue Renee basically told my husband he was a liar! We didn't receive any such phone call - amazingly Renee changed her tune when we told her that all communication with the company is done via cell phone. We told her we could easily provide copies of cell phone bills to show we received no such communication. She then proceeded to over talk us on the phone that didn't matter and hung up on us! We were also told one of the reason the house wasn't fix yet was because they had to order a part for our house and it came in the wrong color. So they were re-ordering a part and waiting for it to come back in. The next day when we called back and stated that made no sense because they just needed would to fix our house and then it would have to be painted. The lady said she get back with us. Again we had to talk to Renee and we were told they had us confused with another client. Again story changes after being caught in another LIE! Renee again hangs up on us. She also flatly will tell you the CEO of the company doesn't talk to customer and she has the FINALLY word on everything. End result Jasper will not replace the damage to our siding, the chips on decorative pieces of wood on house. Our house was freshly repainted before roof was replaced. Stay away from this company at all cost! Not worth the repairs you will have to do on your house after they leave!

Salesman Soloman is your first point of contact and he was great. He even offered finders fee for the 2 neighbors I talked them up to, but I haven't seen a nickel of that. But he did know all the correct answers for the insurance claim and he was here the day the inspector came to verify roof condition. Insurance sent 1/3rd payment to get the roof started. Balance was due when the job completed city inspection. They arrived on time and went to work straight away. Stripped old roof in no time, throwing everything into my main flowerbed by the front door. They did put down a tarp. It didn't stop them from crushing the planting or destroying the walkway lights. They also broke pipes from sprinkler system pump and rather than tell me, they just strong armed the valve closed so I wouldn't see the leak which I discovered on a Sunday,of course. Salesman promised I would be made whole if any thing was broken, missing or not functional after the job was completed. Satellite dish was removed and damaged, causing me $80 repair which they nor Directv would cover. Still finding roofing nails after heavy rains 6 months later. I was told I would be reimbursed for the $50 of sidewalk lights they destroyed(only 2 of 10 could be found) and I gave the receipt to the financial supervisor that came by after the final inspection. I wish I could remember his name, British or Aussie accent and he was awful. When I said I would send them final check when they covered my damages he flipped, raised his voice and refused to leave until I handed over check from insurance company. It wasn't worth it to me to hold out for $50 bucks, he was scaring me and acting a bully. I have learned my lesson, from now on only local contractors with good reviews. Quality of shingles is good, at least I paid extra for better quality, and nothing is leaking.

So jasper says they handle the insurance claim with you, handling the claim, and getting your mortgage to sign off on the repairs. In turn, you hand over all funds if your insurance approves replacement. Easy enough? Well the account manager sent all the documents to my mortgage incomplete, which delayed payment. I had to redo everything myself and send it. The work main roof was done in one day, but they forgot the ancillary roof! After several calls they finally came back. Be prepared to scan your yard for old nails. Be sure to check your driveway and street too. In many places, blank tar had been spilled on our pavers. The account manger never returned calls. I worked w someone in Louisiana over the phone to get everything paid off. So after three months it was completed. Do yourself a favor. Find a roofer whose whole business is in Jacksonville and have him meet with your insurance adjuster if you feel you have a claim. At least you will know where to find your roofer.

They were very good. They were professional, punctual, and cleaned up well. I highly recommend them to others.

They did a very great job. They were very organized, very professional, efficient and I really couldn't be more pleased with them. They did it all in one day and it was a big crew. It was an insurance, we had a hailstorm so they are knocking, giving some materials door to door and they basically handled everything like the paperwork expect for endorsing the check for the insurance company. They got in touch with the insurance company, they did initial inspection, they were here when the insurance company inspectors were here and they did a good follow-up. I haven't done a really close inspection on the ground but my wife was here when they were putting it up and she said they did a good clean-up but I want to do a really close inspection just for safety of our dog and our child. I have to make sure that everything was picked up and the experience is quite good on the roof. She said they are setting it up a little before 7:00 and then they finished the job 5:30. We didn't shop around so I don't know how they compare with the pricing. They were on time.
