I was very disappointed with this company. As mentioned below, I was told on the phone that it would be $35 to pick the lock in my home. One the service technician arrived, he told me it would actually be $149 to pick the lock even though it was a very straightforward procedure. Once I told him that this was not the price I was told on the phone, he became very defensive and rude and told me that $39 was simply the cost of the service call - not the cost of picking the lock. Because I have young children at home and not a lot of time to call various locksmiths, I told him to go ahead and pick the lock - even though I was outraged about the sudden price increase. It took him just a few minutes to pick the lock. And while he did not break the door or the lock, he was very rude and unprofessional - and as I've mentioned, I was blatantly lied to about the cost.
Description of Work: I called this company to help me pick a lock in my house - I had been locked out of one of the rooms in my home. I found the company in the yellow pages and selected them because they said they had a 15-minute response. They also told me on the phone that it would cost $35 to pick my lock. The actual response time was longer than this, perhaps closer to 30 or 45 minutes, and the actual cost was significantly higher.
