I made first appt he came over he took notes on what was needed said he would get back with est never called a couple days later I started calling him didn't call back finally after repeated texts and phone calls said he'd be over with estimate never did this went on for 2 weeks finally got back and said he was to busy to do the work. A bigger job had come in and couldn't do mine, 2 to 3 weeks were wasted on him finally gave me name of someone he knew and am now waiting on him, overall a very forgetable experience.

The service was very good. I spent way too much. The cost wasn't bad because the work had to be done. They were great. I would definitely use them again.

The entire process took only a few days from initial contact to complete, professional repairs. I plan to use this company again for some handyman projects around the house.

I spoke with Todd on the phone for over an hour talking about our bathroom renovation. My husband spoke with him twice a few weeks later and set up a time for him to come look at the bathroom. He was a no show and has not called since. He was very polite over the phone and took the time to really talk about our renovation. I was really surprised when he never showed nor did we receive a phone call.

He is remodeling a bathroom and doing a lot of handyman work. He is working on a lot of odds and ends such as installing ceiling fans. He is really good and very honest. He has great follow-up. He is a really great find.

From the beginning the whole experience was good. Todd came out and gave me an estimate. His estimate includes everything he plans to do and the charge for doing it. After selecting Jacksonville Home Repair and Remodeling to do the job, they got busy. The house has 3 bedrooms, a den, living room, dining room and garage. They caulked and taped everything that needed it, prepped the walls before starting and cleaned up everything when they were through. They worked all day, every day until the job was done. Todd and Drew are very pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

It seems they were not interested to do approximately 1000 sq. ft of job since they refused to give approximate rates.

Todd and Drew had done work for me previously so I didn't hesitate to call them when I needed my back porch roof repaired. Todd evaluated the problem and knew the solution wasn't going to be easy. He had to get onto the roof of my house and lean over it to get to the porch roof. The porch roof was too flimsy for him to step on. Rather than just replacing the rotten wood, he put up flashing (as it should have been done in the first place) and sealed the area extra good. He also added additional screws to the porch roof to prevent any leaking in the future. They took their time, did the job right the first time and charged a reasonable price for the work they did. I am very pleased with the work they do.

Everything went well. They came mid morning and worked until the end of the day. They are coming back next week (by my request) to cut vent holes in the soffits, cover them and prime all the wood. I am pleased with the work that has been done.

Arrived 30min early, got work done quickly and accurately, very professional, came with all necessary tools, worked quickly, was finished in less than two hours, rates were very affordable, also gave estimates on other work. would definitely use service again, and referred him to several other people.

Todd is professional and particular. He went out of his way many times to save money without compromising quality. Even when we varied from his advice, he did everything possible to make everything perfect! If I do another remodel in the Jacksonville area, I won't bother looking for anyone else! Todd returned my telephone call on time and showed up exactly when we agreed. He was an excellent communicator. Todd was respectful of my house, cleaning up after himself each day. While he was coming and going, Todd noticed my garage door needed repairing and agreed to do this while the tile work was still in progress. We also discussed other small projects. I feel very comfortable turning to Todd for any project large or small in the future. His attention to detail was impressive and his work ethic was exemplary.

Todd is an excellent, excellent contractor!!! I am out of the area and Todd kept me informed on everything. He is very honest and does things right the first time. In 13 years as a realtor he is the best I have seen. I wish he would move to Tampa, FL. I contacted 10 other contractors through Angie's List and I'm glad I hired him!

I am really impressed with the work that Todd did. He was prompt in returning my calls and getting the work done. He explained everything that would need to be done and how long it would take. My shower was in disrepair because the caulk had cracked and water was leaking under the tiles. This had caused mildew in the shower that we had not been able to get rid of. Todd was very meticulous and detail oriented. He helped me to decide on what tiles and grout to use without forcing anything on me. He would give us a daily update on the progress and explained what he would be doing the next day. After the shower was completed, the seal around the shower glass was leaking. He returned promptly and took care of the issue. We are very happy with our new shower and have confidence that it will last for many years. We are so pleased with Todd's work that we are going to have him complete the remodel on the rest of the bathroom. The shower and tub look so good, they make the rest of the bathroom seem shoddy.
