Description of Work: The project was a bathroom remodel that included a tub to shower conversion, wall removal, new tile, toilet, vanity and sink, faucet trim, shower trim, and moving plumbing. | |Tile work was well done, but I was not asked where I wanted the recessed niche placed so now I have to live with it in a place I didn't want it to be. | |Drywall was installed properly but the mud compound used to finish the wall must have been mixed improperly, because when primer was applied to the wall I noticed about 10 small groups of pin holes which means that there was air in the mud. After sanding the wall the tiny air pockets are revealed. They are very hard to notice but they stick out like a sore thumb when paint is on the wall. | |Trim kits, plumbing, and toilet were all installed properly. The removal of the wall was done well. | |Custom antique vanity was altered and installed properly. Great cabinet guys. | |Sink and faucet was installed in custom antique vanity 1 inch off center to accommodate the plumbing, but again I was not consulted before the sink was installed. I would have preferred the sink to be centered and the plumbing be altered to accommodate the sink placement. | |Besides the placement of the recess niche in the shower, the drywall compound pin holes and the off center sink and faucet, the overall end product was ok. The price was about average with quotes from other general contractors. | |I liked the people that I met, they seemed very nice and very professional but I wish that I would have been consulted before executive decisions were made about things that now cannot be easily changed. We hired a general contractor for this job because my wife and I work Monday - Friday, 7am-5pm.

Description of Work: Absolutely love the finished product. Our new home was built with quality workmanship. My contractor was always available, and answered my calls promptly, regardless of hour. The crew, which built our home, was wonderful and always on time. I highly recommend this company. We will be using Lee Construction in the future on other projects.
