They do quality work. I had a lot of estimates done and his prices are comparable to everyone else. Cheaper is not always better.

Great. They came right away to do a temporary fix with no charge, and then they came back as soon as possible to do the actual work. They seemed professional, friendly, and very informative.

The customer service was bad from the office after they started at first it seemed all good, owner came out and did est. was really nice. I called and said to go ahead and then was told we had to drive to them to sign papers. we did and picked out colors. they scheduled it. Then with 2 days notice they called and asked if they could start at a different time (ON THE HOLIDAY). It was not good timing but we agreed since we needed a new roof. so 2 days later they show up with dumster. I meet with the supervisor, I told him then about the wood. I think he forgot as it comes up later. They rip off the roof, 2 guys only. took all day for 1 half of a 22 square roof house. they put down the felt (synthetic stuff) poorly and if it would rained we would have been screwed. I call and tell them that and I could hear in the women's voice that we were one of those folks that complain allot. To say customer service was bad from the house after they started would be an understatement. needless to say we had issues. I guess its because I done a few roofs in my day and it is my house that I wanted it done right. it was not done right and its still is NOT right. I got all kind of excuses, but boy when the day came to pay that when the owner had no problem coming over to my house and getting his check. But before then I could never get him to call me. we had issue with no inventory of materials. in fact even after I showed pictures they acted like I WAS LYING TO THEM. I had to have the rip off wood that was NOT right for the roof. Not mention they argued with me, and there is NO way they know, since the first 2 guys ripped off the roof, put the paper down and covered EVERYTHING. no way they knew better than me what wood was there. so we had an issue where they put in regular 1X 6 instead of tongue and grove 1 by 6. they destroy the porch wood ripped out their mistake. and of course I had to pay for it all. plus its still has many places they should have replaced and did nothing. the roof has many places were the singles do not lay flat. the job went over memorial day and took a week to complete. but not without many issues, of course its all blamed on the customer and that is the main reason I would never deal with them again. lessons learned. written contract on what they will do before they start. inventory all materials before and after. we got screwed on this 1 big time never believe anything they say and inspect everything. I have shingle warranty but written labor warranty or leak warranty. even though they promised in the estimate. as for the old car port, that response is total BS. I had 2 day notice. and I never Promised to remove it in time wow you lie like dog.

I had a leak in the ceiling of one of my bedrooms after all the heavy rains we have been having. Called Jack C. Wilson roofing first as they were the company I used to replace my roof about 10 years ago and knew they would do a good job. The office was very responsive and had Chris Voss come out to give me an estimate. Chris arrived on time and looked at the room with the leak to see where to look on the roof. Turned out to be a large pile of tree debris and dirt stuck in the valley over this room. A small tree/bush had taken root in the debris pile up there and was causing the leak. Mr. Voss removed the vegetation and swept off the pile of debris. Mr. Voss told me that would either take care of the problem (as he didn't see a hole up there) or if it leaked again I would need to have the valley replaced which would cost around $900. So far so good - but if it starts leaking again will call Chris. Chris also advised me to have people come clean off the roof on a regular basis to keep this from happening again, which is very good advice. I really appreciated the help and the advice and will do business again with Jack C. Wilson Roofing and have recommended them to my brother and several other friends.

I thought the service was great. They were at the house when they said they would be. Very friendly and very honest.. I thought I was going to buy a roof and it turned out that my current roof was good for the next three years.

First, Harold was very punctual with the initial appointment. Second, I had guests arriving the week after I booked and they rearranged their schedule so that the house would look its best . Third, the guys arrived at 8am, got right to work ,did it all, cleaned up and left in one day. Through it all They where courteous and respectful even after the mid day storm. I wish I could hire this company to do ALL my home repairs.

I needed to have my roof repaired. I received several estimates. Jack C. Wilson provided the best price. The company was professional and easy to work with. I had scheduling conflicts that they were very gracious to work around. They arrived punctually and completed the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up everything when they were finished. I could hardly tell that they had been their except for the new roof and the repairs to the chimney. I had a great experience dealing with Jack C. Wilson roofing. I would use them again if I needed a new roof.

I called Jack Wilson roofing to get an estimate on two properties. I had received two quotes from other roofers. I was told by the person who came out that I needed to get a General Contractor as well as a Roofer to repair both roofs. Was the person who called from Jack Wilson roofing a licensed contractor? Probably only a person who gives quotes, so my advice would be to make sure that whoever gives you quotes from Jack Wilson Roofing, has a license to know what they are talking about, as I never received anything in writing, only a call to tell me that putting a roof on both locations was above their knowledge. It would have been far better for them to say, "Thank you, we are not interested". They were there on time and punctual, so that is the only good part of the interaction.

They were very quick to come out and give me a quote and very quick and professional in setting up a day to do the work. They quoted a little bit more than a couple other companies but I felt that they provided the highest quality of work so I went with them. The only complaint or advisory is that they are really backed up with work and it took them nearly 4 weeks to actually come out and do the work. I was in no hurry so it was not a problem. The professionalism and quality of work was tremendous. I spent most the day on the roof with them and they had no problem answering questions and teaching me how to work on the roof myself. The finished product was superb. These guys are amazing. The only reason they didn't get all A's is because of the reasons I listed above. I would recommend them to any of my friends.

Chris was phenomenal! He was extremely responsive to our needs. Thoroughly impressed with the quality of work. While not everything went perfect the company was extremely responsive in rectifying situation. This company has integrity like I have never seen before, something you don't see often anymore. They were all about satisfying the customer while performing quality work. The owner of company came out per our request to perform final inspection of work. This company is awesome. They are professional and the work provided was exceptional--we even got it inspected after they finished, and we were able to get a discount on our home insurance due to the quality of the workmanship. They always responded to our phone calls, and responded quickly to start the job,. It was finished timely, and efficiently. The clean up after the job was exceptional. I contacted another company also, who gave us an estimate from an "aerial view" of our house. This view of our house did not reveal that we needed chimney repair, or new skylights. Jack Wilson roofing, came out to the house, and got up on the roof, so they could more accurately assess our needs. I can recommend this company without reservation to anyone needing a new roof, or repair of an existing one.

The estimator was excellent. He was early. He explained what he was looking at, what the company could and could not do for me and provided me with different options. Since I'm new to the area and a $12K new roof is a little extreme for my budget I opted to have the smallest and most urgent repair done for now to see how it goes. I was given an estimate of $585 to tear it down to the decking, replace some rotting wood, and then reset with new shingles. I was called on a Tuesday, and advised that my repair would have to be scheduled for the following Friday as it didn't fit anyplace else in the schedule. I hastily arranged to take the day off on Friday as I telecommute and the work was to be done above my work space. But, instead I got a phone call Friday morning saying they were running late and ended up waiting for them all day on Friday. They showed up the following Tuesday morning and did the work. The repair appears to be good quality, the leak is resolved. But I discussed with the estimator removing some of the debris that had been accumulating on the roof and was advised they would make a modest attempt to do so while they were there, this was not done. Overall, I think they did good work for an essentially fair price.. maybe just slightly on the premium side, but I expect to pay a little more when dealing with a reputable company. I will probably use them again. But, I will do so with the understanding that inconvenience to me is apparently not one of the factors taken into consideration.

& he didn't want to have to delay. they did finnish putting on the paper in case of rain.two days latter another crew did show up, but not Wilson roofing but White roofing . Im like what the heck is going on?He assures me that they are a great Co. and will be great, he said the Owner of Wilson roofing will call me but never does. when installing the sky lights they call me at work and tell me they need to get into the house to line up the holes right & will only take 30 minutes, an hour and half latter the finnish. When I get home the sky light in the bath room there was a lens cover on the inside which they broke & residue trash nails paper dirt etc on the floor. Wilson roofing did replace that lens. Oh yea when the city came to do there final inspection it didn't pass ,the inspector did not go up on the roof but from the edge on a ladder & a set of binoculars said he saw something not right, he said thats not like Wilson roofing there usually of a higher standard. So I'm thinking well it wasn't Wilson roofing but some one else . What else isn't up to there standard. The thing thats bothers me is if they were having problems with there schedule how about talking to me about it! How much did Whites roofing charge Wlison to finnish the Job, were any savings passed on to me , no! They were Quick to ask for their money though, calling me several times. in selecting Wilson roofing one of the reasons was attention to detail & thats at the end of the job they take a magnetic rake to get up any nails & metal bits from the yard, i say thats great because I have a riding lawn mower. Well a week after they finnish I cut the grass, finnish ,put the mower back in the garage. Next week I go to get the mower out to cut the grass & I have a flat Tire! Ok I get it fixed the tire guys asks " did I get a new roof" of course yes, he said cause its a roofing nail, ok three flats latter I contact Wilson roofing & explain the situation & they do pay for all of the flats.I do ask them to please come & do there Magnetic rake that was part of there deal they say sure no problem, I never have seen or heard from them! So out to my yard on my knees & and with a old garden rake & collected a dozen or so more nails. I did get another one in my tire but caught before it penetrated the tire, so now when I mow I run my hand on the tires as I go .It has rained several times no leaks Knock on wood. I picked Wilson roofing based on recommendations etc thats not what I got if I had wanted to hire Whites roofing I would have. Buyer Beware

They were punctual with our appointment for a free estimate for leaks in the carport area at my mother's home. They took the time to go on the roof, checked problems areas, asked questions regarding roof history and gave us alternatives for fixing problems with leaks. A prompt detailed proposal was sent to us via e-mail. We reviewed the proposal, accepted it and work should we completed in the coming week. Jack C. Wilson Roofing has done outstanding professional roof work for my home, my daughter's home, my relatives, my neighbors and my church. The are highly recommended and we will use them again.

The crew was punctual, conscientious, and professional in their work. They did everything they said they would and stayed within their price estimate. They skillfully worked around frequent rain storms and managed to keep the sheathing dry in the process. We like the upgraded architectural shingles they installed and the ridge venting has noticeably cooled the garage and, we think, improved the efficiency of our cooling system. After the installation, some of the marking chalk had made red streaks on the white drip edging and Chris took the time to clean it up for us, which was greatly appreciated. We would recommend Jack C. Wilson Roofing without hesitation.

Excellent service. Showed up on time, did all repairs as listed in estimate. Removed all rotten wood around chimney replaced with new wood. Built a new chimney, replaced all shingles removed with new matching shingles. Replaced all of the vent boots. Would definitely use this company again for any future roof repair or replacement.
