I loved working with Jack C Wilson roofing. They did a fantastic job and I love my new roof. The roofing crew was courteous, timely, and professional. The got the job done in a little over a day. From beginning to end the experience was a positive one. I would highly recommend them.

Overall the estimator did a good job and provided answers to my questions and options I could select. Overall it was not as professional as the other two companies I received bids from. They had the lowest price although it wasn't too low, about $1,000 lower then the company I went with. They were installers of all of the national brands and let the custom select the shingle company they wanted but I didn't get the sense of a "systems approach" to their roofing. The company i ultimately selected laid out all of the products they would use, provided samples, knew what they were talking about, and in general just did a better estimate than Jack Wilson. Still a quality company, showed up on time and was professional and knew his stuff.

They came out, gave us an estimate, and we hired them. They were on time, maybe even a bit early. They did a quality job replacing the roof. We had a trouble spot that continuously leaked, and when it started leaking just a few weeks after the replacement, we called Jack and he sent guys out to fix it. They actually had to fix it 3 times, but they were never rude, or aggravated with us. They did get it fixed right the last time and we've had no further issues. We had the roof replaced 2.5 years ago. Now we've moved and wanted to hire them again for the new place, but they don't go to Nassau Co.

I called Jack C Wilson Roofing to give us a quote to patch up several holes made by the woodpeckers on our chimneys. They came out as scheduled and is professional. Unfortunately, they are not able to help us but recommended us to call a stucco guy. Very honest and will call if have any other roofing issues next time.

I received 3 quotes/estimates for my reroof and all were relatively the same cost. I chose to go with Jack C Wilson since Chris who did the estimate seemed the most knowledgeable about my roof needs and noticed things the other roofers did not. The Angie's List coupon they offer also helped. Their roofing crew was great. Oscar lead the effort and was extremely professional. He really knew what he was doing. Clean up was great too. I also worked with Lynne in the office on scheduling and payment. She is a pleasure.

The roofing company had to keep an eye on the seasons rain days, so they picked a day that looked the most favorable. It worked out well. That same night we had a real rain storm, maybe 2" or more.

Not well. I was told that they do not service St. Augustine; however, I currently live in Ponte Vedra, which left me a bit confused. So a note to all Nocatee residents: Jack C. Wilson roofing considers this St. Augustine and doesn't want your business.

He did not charge me for the second visit and was very timely and accommodating.

The repairs were well executed. The entire experience with Jack C Wilson has been a positive one. From my first phone all to request a look at my roof for potential damage to completion this company impressed me. At the time of the estimate I received a printed estimate and pictures of the areas for repair. Upon completion I received the invoice and before/after pictures for my files. No complaints from me. I did call another highly rated company for the same estimate and the professionalism at JCW was far superior. What really impressed me about JCW was their COMMUNICATION. Whether I spoke with Lynne in the office or Chris or Kyle in the field, each one knew what the other's conversation had been with me. This is rare! I've shared this experience with my friends and colleagues already. I wouldn't hesitate to call JCW again.

Overall good, had a small problem when the temporary cover for rain had a leak and ruined one sheetrock ceiling. The company took care of repairs.

Everything went according to plan. Work was completed on the dates I requested and the crew was very diligent in taking off the shingles on the first day and putting on the new shingles the second day. They took great care to keep my yard free of debris and were very considerate. Very happy with the open communication with this company as they always responded promptly to any questions I had. We are extremely satisfied with the results and recommend their services without hesitation.

I was suffering form a very old roof and once I contacted Jack C. Wilson roofing, the process for getting the new roof was very easy. Estimator was very polite to my wife and infant son while I was at work and had a wide variety of colors and styles to choose from. The initial install date they proposed didn't work for my family's schedule and they where able to squeeze our installation in a week early! Their crews worked quickly and relatively quietly (it is a new roof after all) and once complete, they took a lot of time to make sure the job site (my yard) was thoroughly cleaned. The very evening everything was finalized, we had the biggest rain storm of the year yet and NO LEAKS! We got to keep the pots and pans in the cupboards. Overall very satisfied!!

They were quick to call, set an appointment, send an estimate. I requested three estimates -- they were the middle estimate. I chose them because they told me what they were going to do and did it. Of the three estimates the first and highest was the fastest response with the least detail. The third was the last and least expensive. There estimate came in exactly when they promised it. They called to follow up and make sure I received it. Once I approved the work they scheduled it and started when they said they would. They completed it when they said they would. They did a good job and left the site clean. There was once incident with a delivery vehicle that cause issues with the next door neighbor -- it was not really within their control but they handled it in a professional manner. i would recommend and use them again.

I called the company and spoke with the Office Manager, Lynne, and she had their manager Chris Voss, contact me right away and he gave me a price and I accepted that the next day.Today the work crew came to my house and completed project in a short time. The crew manager Kyle Voss, and everyone at this company were very professional and knowledgeable.

Our house is nearly 80 years old and had the original cement tile roof. Asbestos Roof These tiles contain asbestos which requires special handling procedures. Be very careful about who you hire to do a work with an asbestos roof. I was told many things by different contractors and even had one estimate that included a $500/day charge during the tear-off period for asbestos monitoring. I contacted the FL Asbestos Licensing Unit and was informed that properly licensed and trained roofing contractors do not need a specific asbestos license. I suspect those companies saying otherwise were padding the bill or do not understand the regulations. The Estimate Chris provided us with a written estimate. We then had some changes and updated the estimate a couple of times to include all of the features/work that we wanted. Chris met with me a final time to go over the exact material specifications, expected fees and how additional work, such as replacing woodwork, would be billed. The Work About 1 week after approving the estimate, they crew was able to start the work. I was notified on Thursday that the work would begin on the following Monday. They crew consisted of a foreman and 3-5 other workers depending on the task that day. They cleaned up each day and took special care to keep our neighbors yard clear of nails and debris. The work was done within a week. Carpentry Mark, the carpenter, does excellent detailed oriented work. We are trying to preserve as much the historical detail as possible. He fabricated trim to match out of stock trim, saving us $100's in having custom trim made.

It was a very good experience. They were recommended to me and they lived up to their recommendation. I got three bids and they were all very close together and it wasn't just actually little higher than the others.
