So far it's an A. I haven't done a review yet because I want to wait and see. The cost was approximately $250. I think that was a good price; I think it was reasonable. For quality it's an A as far as I know so far - unless it leaks.

They worked hard & cleaned up very well. I am very pleased with the work they did.

Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional. These people know what they are doing. We had a big thunderstorm the same day the repairs were made and there were no leaks. I should be able to get a few more years out of my roof now, but when the time comes to reshingle the entire thing, I will strongly consider this company.

The job site is less than 5 miles from there office. I was informed that because they're busy they are only working their "bread and butter" areas and was basically told to go away after they tried to refer me to a much less qualified roofing company... Very sad, but typical behavior. For the record; I do not support tradespeople who cherry pick like this. Summary, unless you follow they're "bread and butter" model AND have a basically flat roof, they will blow you off. Remember, when things slow down, and they always do, I still will not hire you because of this type of thing. Sad, just very sad...

Chris Voss did our inspection. He was on time, courteous and spent several minutes on the roof. His write up addressed the concerns. Jack Wilson has been a good service provider.

I had replaced three off ridge vents through Jack C Wilsom. Kyle owner's son was very nice, he is knowledgable and polite in answering questions. Kyle came for inspection. Harold, Kyle and Harold's other son came for work on time on a week end. They were quick and to the point in the work. I would hire them again if there is a need be.

We had Chris with Jack C. Wilson Roofing come out and give us an estimate- we have had terrible experiences with roofing in the past-but JCW were extremely professional-they were very prompt- their secretary was very professional with calling me, setting up Appointments and calling to confirm them as well- they took great initiative to fulfill everything in the contract, the timing stated and even the completion of the roof was done earlier than expected- they did a great job and we would totally use them again...

Went well. Got quick accurate estimate. Workers showed up on time. Got job done right and quickly. Price was fair for the work that they did and how quickly they completed it

A lot of patching tar visible on top of replaced roofing shingles. This is not visible from the ground so I did not complain. I would not use this roofing company again because I do not consider this A quality work.

The person in the office wasn't friendly but the sales rep was very friendly. It took a few months to replace the roof because of hurricane season. The quality of the work was good but the clean up leaved to a lot to be desired. I am still finding debris in my yard and in my attic.

Great crew that made fast work of a big job. All American hard working guys that knew what they were doing, kept busy and finished up in 2.5 days.

They responded promptly and provided a repair quote. They were able to schedule and complete the repair within the time frame agreed when we signed the quote proposal. The roofer who completed the repair was prompt, courteous, and cleaned up thoroughly after he was finished.

From the start, Chris, the estimator, provided me with 3 options. I chose the best option (re-roofing the entire patio and fixing the valley in my existing roof on house). He quoted a price that was extremely reasonable considering the work involved. On the day the roof was to be installed, a crew of professional installers jumped on the job immediately. A well seasoned crew who knew what to do in an efficient manner. Clean up was immaculate. I couldn't be happier with the job performance and the warranty - quality company!! A+++++, highly recommended.

Horrible Service- Don't even think about hiring them!! Made an appointment for an estimate to be done on our rental roof. Day of the appointment had a workshop so called to change appointment time. Vendor agreed to the new time of 4pm as opposed to the old time (3pm) that had been scheduled earlier. Left my workshop and arrived at our rental at 3:30pm and waited until 4:17pm. No show of vendor (estimator). Finally called to find out where the estimator was. They said that they had been there and already left-said they had gotten there at 3:30 or so. I said impossible as I had gotten there before the appointment time. I asked why they did not wait until 4pm-(or wait for the client in general) they said they had which was untrue ( as I had been sitting on the back of my truck talking to my renter for at least 45 minutes). Besides the appointment was for 4pm which I brought up. Comments made by the estimator were that they had other afternoon appointments (great way to make a client feel like they are really important!!) and that I initially had a 3pm appointment. I said yes I did but that I was a professional and had called earlier in the day to change the appointment and the vendor agreed to a new 4pm appointment. If you cannot do an appointment don't agree to the change!!! That simple!! I commented that I would have liked to walk the property together and that I had some other estimates that I wanted included in the roofing project. Horrible service. No customer service !! If a customer is going to spend $6000 to $10,000 on a roof +, the vendor darn well better wait and talk to the client -otherwise you are treating us like dirt !!! Remember we are your bread and butter! Did not wait for me, client as I had other things to discuss with them that I might have liked done besides my roof. Bit of advice-treat your customers how you would like to be treated and learn some customer service skills!

Chris gave me an estimate which I felt was the most comprehensive of the 3 quotes I got and price-wise, he was right in the middle. He included options in case I needed a new chimney cap (I did) and rotten wood replaced (I did) and even drove me around the area to look at roof colors. He or Michael came by several times a day to check on the progress and answer my questions. I had a small issue with the eave drip metal in one spot which I pointed out. Before I knew it, it was replaced - no hesitation, no hem hawing, no eye rolling . . . it got done! The roof looks great . . . yard was cleaned up. I would definitely recommend to others.

They were very professional and responsive. My roof was fixed in short order. They also removed an old satellite dish and repaired the area where it had been fastened to the roof. They gave me a discounted price to remove the dish since they were repairing the flashing at the same time. I would absolutely recommend this company.

No issues. Work was done in a professional manner. They blew off all of the spanish moss and fireworks found on the roof first. They were prompt and finished the job as promised.

My Father In Law was ill and in long term care. After Hurricane Matthew, I went by his home to inspect any damage. I noticed a handful of shingles missing and started calling places on Angie's list. Most of them had no time, or were weeks out. I spoke to Donna and explained the situation, she was AMAZING. Took care of the inspection, and the NEXT day the shingles were replaced. I'm very pleased with their level of service.
