Description of Work: Complete reroof by Jack Wilson Roofing. Great experience and I love my new roof. Chris came by and gave me an estimate, suggested color and provided a list of homes in my area to drive by to get an idea of what the finished product looked like. This proved to be very helpful in deciding between the two colors I was considering. Work started about a week and a half later. The crew was efficient, polite, answered any question I had and did a fantastic job on the roof and cleanup after they finished each day. I was extremely pleased with Jack Wilson Roofing and highly recommend them if you need any kind of roofing work done.

Description of Work: The service was provided Dec 2011. The crew manager was here when the job started and stopped by at end of day to review the work done. The only comment we have is that a new roof vent was installed. The hole in the plywood is not even and looks to have been done hastily. The loft area was left with wood pieces and dirt.

Description of Work: Jack C. Wilson performed a re-roof. I actually called them on a Monday, they provided an estimate on Wednesday, and they scheduled the re-roof for Thursday! I was very happy with their punctuality, professionalism, and quality of work. The pricing seemed reasonable as well.

Description of Work: They examined the problem and explained to me that they do not repair roofs constructed of concrete tile, as mine is. They also explained why roofs of my kind are not repaired frequently: because they never wear out, so few roofing companies (in North Florida) handle them. However, they referred me to the one local company that specializes in this type of roof--Schultz.
