Description of Work: Rep. came out, gave a price and never called back to follow up. While every other roofing quote I received provided for a minimum 10 year labor warranty, this company covered only a 5 year warranty.

We ae very upset to hear this response from a potential client. We feel that our estimators are very professional and try to help educate our customers on all of there options. Between Hurricane Mathew and Irma it has been very difficult to follow up with all of our potential clients. We make sure to leave multiple contact information on our proposals for any customers questions or concerns. We, unlike most companies, try to leave a proposal with the customer at the time of the estimate detailing exactly the scope of work. This was the case for Mr [Member Name Removed] and our estimator left feeling that everything was explained. We wish we could have done more to satisfy this customers expectations.

Description of Work: I had them re-roof my parents home and repair some rotten wood. The work was excellent you could not tell what was repaired and repainted from the original it all blended perfectly. The roof looks great and everyone was very courteous and professional. They bid on the job. I had serious problems, which I suspected, they asked me to come home from work to see the problem (again no surprise)we made decisions together (they explained and showed me) and helped me make the most inexpensive and most forward looking decision about the project. When I looked at the finished job, which I didn't see until I came home from work, it was everything I hoped for.
Description of Work: They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, how they said they would do it, and for the price they said they would do it. I could not be happier. They were lovely people and did great work.

We had a decent experience with this company. They did a very good job. They showed up bright and early the first day they were scheduled to come out. They got started right away. They were a good group of guys. They kept real busy for the most part. Towards the end of the project, they seemed to slow down a bit. They really did do a good job on the roof, though. The price seemed pretty good for the amount of work they did. The entire project only took them about 4 days to complete.
Description of Work: We had a crew of men from Jack C Wilson Roofing Company tear off our existing asphalt shingles and tar paper and lay a new roof with new tar paper and new 3 tab asphalt shingles.

The crew was from Guatemala. It made it a little difficult to communicate, but the work was absolutely fabulous. They knew what they were doing and a Wilson supervisor kept us informed. They did the job quickly, too, in just two days.
Description of Work: Jack C. Wilson Roofing Co. replaced the roof on my home. It is a one-story, 1880-square-foot house with a hip roof that comes down on all sides with a ridge in the center.

The new roof looks about as good as you can expect on an older home. An overall good job. The only problem was that the workers punctured an air conditioning hose in the garage causing a compressor to go out. Jack Wilson fixed it at no charge, though.
