Description of Work: The work crews arrived on time. The installation took 2 full days. The project manager was on site during both days. The work site was thoroughly cleaned. When the work was finished, we were very pleased with the workmanship.

They worked in the hot sun until dark and got the job done when promised. They cleaned up the area and yard completely. Never saw anyone do such a great job.

Description of Work: Bidded services. Low bidder but we liked that another bidder had the representative from the product company come and evaluate our roof for the product to make sure it was appropriate and to recommend all applicable primers, etc. We have a special roofing need as we have a flat roof.

Description of Work: Took way too long for one roof, poor job of replacing wood that needed to be replaced, nail clean up virtually non existent, had to replace two tires for nail damage shortly there after.

Description of Work: My roof was inspected and I was told the damage was extensive and I would need a general contractor they only do roofing.I had a 2nd inspection from another company and was told same thing. I was not charged for the late afternoon appointment.I think they are an honest company.

Description of Work: As part of a house rewire, I had two bathroom fans installed. They needed to be vented to the outside and I had Jack Wilson Roofing come out and add two roof vents. When they came by to price the job, I walked part of the roof with the estimator and we had a good discussion on where vents should be placed relative to peaks and ridges on my roof. The next day the installer came by and again I got up on the roof with him, to show him where I wanted the vents to be placed (to make sure they went in a good location to minimize the chance of leaks and to also place them as close as possible to the exhaust fans to allow the fans to work better with less resistance. While up on the roof, we found a deep gouge over my garage, likely created by a falling branch. The installer showed me that the membrane (flat roof portion of my roof) was still intact, but that he would patch it for no added charge. He made a passing comment on possibly not having a matching black piece of membrane material in his truck but that he would get one and come back the next day if necessary. Trying to be accommodating, I told him that color didn't matter since this portion of the roof wasn't visible to anyone. What he said next really stuck with me- "Maybe so, but I'll know." I knew then that this guy takes pride in his work. That's so important and unfortunately, very rare in my experience. Also, their work is warrantied against leaks. Jack Wilson Roofing has an extremely good reputation and now I know why. I will use them again whenever I need work done and I've already recommended them to friends.

Description of Work: Good response time and attention to detail. We got a lower bid and choose it but this company seemed fine. We would use them without hesitation.
